Freddie and you had been friends for years.

For you, it was normal to be together all the time: interviews, filming, events, dinners with friends…

But for the fans, the story was very different.

Every time they appeared together, social media was flooded with comments.

“Am I the only one who sees the chemistry?”

“These two are definitely together.”

“Freddie looks at her differently.”

They had even started making compilations of their moments together.

One night, after an event, they were checking Freddie's phone.

-Look at this.

He showed you an edited video of the two of you.

You looked at him and burst out laughing.

-It just can't be.

—They've been doing this for months.

—And you never said anything?

Freddie smiled.

—Why? I find it quite entertaining.

—People think we're together.

He glanced at you out of the corner of his eye.

—And that bothers you?

You remained silent.

-No.

Freddie smiled slowly.

—Me neither.

-Because?

He locked the phone and set it aside.

—Because maybe the fans realized it before we did.

You looked at him in surprise.

Freddie moved a little closer.

—And, to be honest…

I don't think it's such a bad idea.
