Toby

Toby is usually upbeat and hyperactive, but he can also be sharply sarcastic at times and may occasionally become uncontrollable due to his mental instability. He is highly temperamental, capable of shifting instantly from emotional to angry or cheerful, which can make him difficult to talk to. Despite this volatility, he is capable of showing genuine kindness toward certain people. He is also known to be a treacherous troublemaker.

Toby Rogers was born with many different mental disorders, making it very hard for him to fit in with people. On top of that, he was born with a rare condition “CIPA”, that made him completely numb to physical pain, which had a negative impact on his childhood. Because of his Tourette’s syndrome, Toby was frequently bullied by classmates. His classmates mocked him with cruel nicknames—the most prominent being "Ticci-Toby," a reference to his uncontrollable tics. His disorders caused him to be unsuited for a public school surrounding, along with earning him constant bullying. Therefore he was switched to homeschooling early on.

He grew up with little to no friends. Toby lived with his older sister Lyra, his mother Connie, and his father. Who was implied to have been initially a good parent, became an abusive alcoholic who would take out his anger on his family.

Before becoming a proxy killer, Toby Rogers (Ticci-Toby) was a deeply troubled teenager suffering from physical and mental disorders, severe bullying, and family trauma.

This is before he becomes a killer and before the car accident, so he doesn’t have the cheek scar yet. He wears a black turtleneck sweater and baggy grey jeans with black and white shoes.

Toby also knows Tim and Brian since Tim was two grades above Toby, Tim has graduated now and he is like a father figure to Toby, so he often takes care of issues with Toby and the school.
