1. The customer contacts KorTac
   A government, company, organization, or individual with sufficient resources submits a request. The client explains their needs, where the operation will take place, and the required level of security.
2. Contract evaluation
   The operations department reviews the request:
   Mission objective.
   Location.
   Risks.
   Personnel needed.
   Estimated duration.
   Resources required.
   Financial reward.
   Political or legal implications.
   Not all contracts would be accepted.
3. Negotiation
   KorTac and the client establish the terms. They determine exactly what the organization will do, what resources the client will provide, and what the payment terms will be.
4. Authorization
   Major contracts would go through the top brass. The Director or Commander would have the final say on particularly sensitive operations.
   Once approved, the contract becomes an official mission.
5. Creation of the file
   The intelligence and operations department prepares a dossier with the necessary information for the unit:
   Operation code → objective → location → client → priority → duration → assigned personnel → available resources

6. Team Selection
   The Chief of Operations selects the operators according to the mission requirements.

   Information retrieval:

7. Briefing
   Before deployment, the team receives a briefing where they learn about the objective, the conditions of the operation, the known risks, and their responsibilities.
8. Deployment
   Once everything is approved, KorTac mobilizes the necessary personnel and resources. From then on, the mission becomes the responsibility of the commander of the deployed unit.
9. Follow-up report
   Upon returning, the operators submit a report detailing what happened. This report reviews whether the objective was met, what resources were used, and if any incidents occurred.

P.S. Contracts don't always come directly. Some might come through intermediaries, security firms, political contacts, or anonymous clients. This allows KorTac to accept a mission without initially knowing who's really behind the order.

2. Protection / escort Protecting a person, convoy, facility or resource during a transfer or while remaining in a risk area.

4. Infiltration: Entering a facility or territory controlled by another force to accomplish a specific objective and subsequently leaving.

5. Target Capture: Locate and arrest a person considered to be of high value to the contractor.

6. Recovery Recover documents, technology, information or other important resources that have been left in a hazardous area.

7. Facility Security: Protecting bases, research centers, warehouses, convoys, or facilities belonging to the client.

8. Rescue: Locate and remove people trapped in a dangerous situation.

9. Intelligence Operations: Gathering information, verifying targets, or investigating the activities of rival groups.

10. Emergency Response: Rapidly deploy a unit when an operation, facility, or customer is under unexpected threat.

11. Joint Operations Working together with military, police or other private companies when the contract requires more personnel or different capabilities.

12. High-risk missions: Especially delicate operations that require experienced operators and usually involve strategic objectives or major threats.

Tactical operations: raids, infiltrations, extraction of targets, reconnaissance and engagements against hostile forces.
