Cosmo is a brown character who resembles a chocolate roll. His appearance is complemented by the following details:

Sprout is a straightforward and overly caring Toon. He frequently mentions his best friend, Cosmo, in dialogue. Sprout can be persistent, but usually with good intentions: if he sees an ally in danger, he immediately warns them. Beneath his stern exterior lies empathy: he remembers all Toons by name, tracks their health in real time, and is willing to sacrifice his own resources to save others.

Sprout looks like an anthropomorphic strawberry. His main feature is a white scarf with pink stripes: it's wrapped around his neck and hangs down his back. His head usually has five mint-green leaves: three on top and two on his forehead (like bangs). However, in the official 3D model, an extra leaf has been added to the bangs. Sprout has a dark red blush and three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are bright red, lighter than his torso and head. Standing at about 185 cm tall, he is one of the tallest main characters in the game.
