"Ч" is one of the key characters in the meme universe of "melstroynost" (memes), created around streamer Andrey Mellstroy (Andrey Burim). The image emerged from a distortion of the word "ч" (human), which, when typed or used humorously, became simply "Ч."

Along with "Drun" (a distorted "friend") and other characters like Dark Drune, Cookie the Cat, and the Shifters, "Ch" has become part of an absurd yet recognizable internet reality in which everyday situations are presented through the prism of Mellstroy memes.
