Zartiya

Backstory. Long ago, the earth was inhabited only by wizards, but when humans arrived, many wizards accepted them, but there were also those who disliked humans. So the wizards created the world of "Zartia," where only wizards live, without humans. But then the remaining wizards who remained on earth lost contact with them forever. Zartia was not heard from for over 100 years.
Present day. There are eight principalities in Zartia. Each of the rulers of these principalities is at odds with one another, vying to be the most powerful.

Zart and Zeina - brother and sister

Zart (Prince of the Book Principality):
Appearance: Light, healthy skin, burgundy hair with slightly curled upward strands, into which golden threads and beads are woven.
Character: Smart, purposeful, inclined to explore the secrets of the fairy-tale world and search for the origins of magic.

Zeina (princess/duchess of the Book Principality, 15 years old, Zart's sister):
Appearance: Light, smooth skin, waist-length burgundy hair with tight curls, golden threads and beads on wires.
Personality: Mysterious, calm, and aloof. She takes any joke or word literally, responds in riddles, and possesses the rare gift of "visions" of the past.

Prince Art (Prince of the Dark Principality):
Appearance: Handsome, refined, has a very charming and striking appearance.
Character: At first glance, he gives the impression of being a polite, gallant romantic, but behind this lies strong pride and vanity.

Pastilina (Princess of the Sweet Principality):
Appearance: Childlike build, fair skin, rosy cheeks, a snub nose, and expressive eyelashes. Her eyes shimmer with a beautiful gradient of pink and blue.
Character: She has a soft, naive and easy-going nature, which matches her “sweet” image.

Prince Dubomir (Lord of the Forest Principality):
Appearance: A young man with pointed elven ears, fair skin, a rosy complexion, and freckles. His eyes are leaf-green, and his eyebrows are expressive. His short blond hair is adorned with gold rings, and he wears a short green cloak with a leaf-shaped hood.
Character: Gallant, noble, interested in magical botany and exhibiting a special, albeit unusual, commitment to justice.

Princess Tina (Ruler of the Water/Swamp Principality):
Appearance: A young swamp girl with dark (probably violet) eyes, noticeably different in appearance from the other rulers of Zartia.
Character: Cunning, extremely cunning, loves intrigue, manipulation and organizing tough competitive shows.

Zlata (ruler of the Underground Principality):
Appearance: A girl of strong build and average height (compared to the dwarves, she looks like a real giantess), with fair skin and a rosy complexion.
Character: Proud, domineering and thrifty (traditionally known for her pride and tough grip).

Hurley (ruler of the Principality of Eternal Celebration):
Appearance: A man of average height in a bright circus showman's costume, which emphasizes his stage image.
Personality: Carefree, easy-going, hyperactive merrymaker whose main goal is to maintain an atmosphere of never-ending celebration and fun.

Claudius (ruler of the Cloud Principality):
Appearance: The strict image of an aristocrat from a highland kingdom.
Character: Obsessed with ideal social order, discipline and unquestioning obedience to rules (can force subjects to walk a tightrope).

Claudius and Hurley: They hate each other because they are too different. They can argue. Hurley often makes fun of Claudius, which constantly irritates him. Art and Zart : They are best friends, they communicate very well. They often spend time together. They can't spend a day without each other. Zart is always ready to share everything with his friend. Zart and Zeina: They are brother and sister. Zart loves Zeina (well, of course, like a brother loves his sister), but Zeina is usually too serious, so she ignores him. And Zeina gets annoyed when her brother always talks about Art, or chats with him, or even visits him. Zana and Art: Art can annoy Zeina a little. And Zeina hates him for it.
