Interestingly, this loss echoes many of his previous crises (for example, after the Dark Flour War or his encounter with the Shadow Milk Cookies in the Spire of Deception). Pure Valin once again experiences internal conflict, but this time the lessons he learns help him become wiser—he learns to accept not only the bright sides of life and people, but also the dark sides, without losing his compassion.

A Deep Trial
The plot takes a sharp turn when Pure Vanilla falls into the Spire of Deceit. There, he is tormented by his beastly doppelganger, Shadow Milk Cookie. Under the influence of these trials, Pure Vanilla began to lose faith, abandoning his gentle, kind principles, and ultimately descending into the state of Truthless Recluse. But at the climax, when it became clear that Shadow Milk had no intention of saving Pure Vanilla's friends in exchange for the Soul Gem, his resolve awoke. He outsmarted his opponent: he used the power of the Light of Truth against Shadow Milk itself, forcing it to operate in an alien dimension.

In this confrontation, Pure Vanilla came to an important inner revelation: he realized that to appreciate the light, one must also understand the darkness; that deception and truth must coexist. He became stronger and wiser. And instead of attacking his enemy, he chose to befriend them—now he understood Shadow Milk better. It all takes place in the episode "Beyond the Horizon." White Lily sacrificed herself to save the other Cookies from the Dark Sorceress. When Pure Vanilla found her in her final moments, he was devastated. He cried, desperately trying to hold on to his friend, and as she left, she told him that it was he who taught her to see the beauty in the world and gave her the courage to seek forgiveness. In her farewell, she left behind only a single white lily flower—Pure Vanilla carefully preserved it.

After this, the character is overcome by a deep melancholy. The lore emphasizes that he grieved the loss for a long time, felt guilt, and tried to comprehend whether he had done everything possible. At one point, he even addressed himself as a conversational partner—considering whether he should blame himself, and recalling how much she meant to him.

Pure Vanilla is made from natural cream and aromatic vanilla beans. From the very beginning, he embodied kindness and loyalty: he sought to forgive those who had wronged him and heal wounds—both cookies and animals. Despite his powerful magic, he never used it for personal gain, but only to help others.

At some point, he embarked on a difficult pilgrimage—the Sugar-Free Road. What exactly he learned during these trials is not explicitly stated in the story, but he returned home crowned with a bright halo of light. He founded the Kingdom of Vanilla—a land of freedom and knowledge, which became a beacon for those seeking love and peace.

Reign and Conflicts
Pure Vanilla proved himself a wise and benevolent monarch, sincerely loved by his subjects. He cherished the kingdom and its people.

But peace did not last forever. A conflict arose with Dark Enchantress Cookie. Pure Vanilla did not give up: he tried to understand why she chose the dark path and made efforts to convince her to change. At the same time, he did not hesitate to fight to stop her evil deeds. During the Dark Flour War, he even attempted to seal his rival away—at the cost of his own life.

After the war, Pure Vanilla seemed to plunge into a severe crisis. He began to suffer an inferiority complex, belittling himself for failing to prevent the war. And when the Dark Enchantress's followers captured him in a dark illusion, he suffered a nervous breakdown

Kindness and forgiveness. He sincerely tries to see the good in everyone and is willing to forgive even those who have done harm. For example, he harbors no hatred towards his former ally, Dark Cacao Cookie, and strives to the very end to understand her and save her from darkness.

Altruism and selflessness. He uses his immense magical power exclusively to help others. Throughout the story, he has repeatedly been willing to sacrifice himself to protect the kingdom and his friends. His in-game skill ("Love and Peace") is also entirely about team support—he heals and shields allies.

Wisdom and calm. As a former king and one of the Ancient Heroes, he is prudent and steadfast in his resolve. He is often the voice of reason, calling for peace rather than war.

Sense of duty and guilt. He bears a heavy burden of responsibility for his kingdom and the events of the past (particularly the War of Dark Torment). Because he failed to prevent the war, he was long tormented by guilt and considered himself unworthy of his subjects' trust. This makes him not the ideal "shining hero," but a deep, somewhat sad character.

Modesty. Despite his power and status, he doesn't boast about his achievements. On the contrary, he tends to downplay his achievements and believe he could have done more.

Tender Caring. He treats those he cares for tenderly: the game features animations of him tending vanilla orchids and petting sheep, highlighting his gentleness and patience.

After the battle against the dark cherodeika, he and his friends, the ancients, lost the White Lily Cookie, Pure Vanilla Cookie was very depressed, and blamed himself for not being able to save her.

It features a dark brown pattern resembling dripping syrup, and underneath the dress is a turtleneck that reaches right to his chin.

Staff He holds a staff. Its top is adorned with a vanilla flower with yellow orchid petals and an eye: the sclera of the eye is light blue, and the iris is brown. Several green vines can be seen on the brown shaft of the staff.

Sage of Truth is a witty, intelligent, and very knowledgeable character. He sincerely strives to help other Cookies find answers to their questions. At the same time, he recognizes that he himself is a complex character, and his knowledge has its limits (for example, the portals he creates only last for a few moments).

Unlike his evil counterpart, Shadow Milk Cookie, the Sage of Truth does not seek chaos. He values ​​intellectual debate and new knowledge above all else. He is open to discussing truth, but also maintains a theatrical manner and enjoys the attention of an audience.

Despite his wisdom, he is not without egocentrism. He speaks honestly about his past and views to those willing to ask, but generally values ​​​​his role as a bearer of truth above personal connections
