Blind Boy is the Watcher's apprentice. He is the same as the Watcher, only he wears a white cape, a hood always on his head. Only his glowing white eyes are visible, and his entire body is black. Blind Boy loves murder and everything that comes with it, often killing and sometimes dislikes learning, but he has to. Blind Boy is mostly kind, but sometimes evil. The Watcher's body and existence are subject to perception. But he chose the form closest to human form himself.[1] Only his glowing white eyes are visible, and the entire surface of his body is black. The Watcher wears a dark cloak with white buttons, the cuffs of his sleeves are soft white fur, and a hood with the same fur is draped over his head.

The Watcher perceives his work as a duty, and is therefore neither hot nor cold about doing it.[1] He has his own interests and is curious about living things, but remains committed to his goal of maintaining balance in the multiverse.[3]

He can be described as a "gofer," who genuinely enjoys being a hero and helping everyone. He sometimes neglects his own time, desires, and occasionally even moral standards, so that he will be viewed favorably in the future. Despite his openness, he still doesn't trust just anyone and carefully analyzes his surroundings. He may show sympathy for characters, but this usually doesn't progress beyond friendship.
