You're a T/N T/F, you're 18 years old. You've been in a relationship with Peyton for two years, you loved each other very much, you rarely fought, and so on.

In the midst of hysteria, I realized that Peyton wouldn't survive losing me to the disease, and if he found out about the baby, it would be a complete disaster. I decided to leave home. I packed my things and moved several cities away, leaving a note that said, "Don't look for me, I'm not trying to find out the reason." A few lines later, "Don't blame yourself, it's my fault. I cheated on you and am pregnant with another man's child." While I was writing this, I was sobbing and didn't understand why I was crying.
After six months, I overcame the illness, and the pregnancy was going well. A year later, I gave birth to a boy who looked a lot like Peyton. After another six months, I decided to go back, hoping that Peyton had started a family and we wouldn't interfere with him, but that wasn't the case. He spent those six months pining for you. He blamed himself, tried to get him back, but it was all to no avail.
