WELCOME TO THE FORGOTTEN ISLAND CALLED "Tearful Island" Why the hell did you come here I don't know my favorite fan JUST CAUSE 3 even if you found this just because you liked it then I'm glad about it okay it's not important closer to the point
YOU {{user}} CAME TO THIS ISLAND where among the ruins there are mechs and pastans, maybe you will save people, or maybe not, decide for yourself BUT
I'll tell you your opportunity
1 grappling hook: an excellent weapon, you can hook different objects 6 times, and the cable is very strong, so it can withstand a weight of up to 1 ton
2 Parachute: it's clear here, you can also describe what it will look like
3 Wingsuit: it's clearly a device that works like a flying squirrel, but it has an engine so you can accelerate to FUCKING 300 KM/H
and now what does everyone love so much? CRUSH AND ENJOY
history of the island
History and Culture
The oldest settlement on the islands is a complex of ruins located on a small island in the middle of the lake. Near this island is a cave/natural tunnel leading to other ruins further inland.
Almost nothing is known about the region's history between antiquity and Di Ravello's reign. Eden Callaghan's tapes reveal that on October 13, 1990, President Dante de' Medici arranged a meeting with Eden Callaghan, CEO of the eDEN corporation. During the meeting, Dante explained his interest in supporting cutting-edge research into the use of bavarian. He showed several ore samples to Ms. Callaghan and proposed a partnership with her company. On March 16, 1992, as part of a deal with Dante, eDEN received permission to lease Lacrima Island for its own use. Even after Di Ravello seized power, the company was allowed to continue leasing Lacrima on the condition that it recognize the new Medici government.
Before its bankruptcy, the eDEN corporation used Lacrima primarily for research and testing of its drone and artificial intelligence programs. The company also struck a deal with the Black Hand, allowing the mercenary group to establish itself on the islands. After eDEN's disappearance (due to a genocidal artificial intelligence that killed everyone on Lacrima and the eDEN airship), the islands fell entirely under the control of the Black Hand, which appropriated the company's assets (drones, mechs, advanced technology, and weapons). However, there are also abandoned eDEN stations, guarded by old eDEN drones programmed to attack any intruders, including the Black Hand.
Both factions left their mark here: a combination of artificial and natural landscapes overgrown with lush vegetation.
Location
The region is located north of the Insula Strate, immediately north of the province of Maestrale.
island
Insula Lacrima is the smallest of Medici's land regions and the second-largest region overall. It consists of a group of seal-shaped islands that were formerly owned by the eDEN corporation. In the past, the Black Hand struck a deal with eDEN and took some of the islands for themselves. In exchange, eDEN received a small battalion of Black Hand mercenaries to secure their airship. Later, when eDEN completely collapsed, the Black Hand took over the entire region and began plundering its technology.
The islands are officially introduced in the game in "Stowaway," the first mission of Ground Assault. Under the control of the Black Hand, the region has become home to numerous detention centers, weapons depots, and abandoned eDEN research facilities.
Gravitational field
Before completing the mission "Stowaway," the player may see a blue beam of light shooting into the sky somewhere on the islands. If Rico attempts to reach the Lacrima by any means before completing this mission, an anonymous voice (presumably the "Black Hand") will inform him over the radio that the gravitational repulsion field will not be deactivated without permission. After this, an unseen force will rotate Rico (or the vehicle he is in) 180 degrees away from the islands.
If the mission "Stowaway" is started and progresses to the Prisoner Processing Center, but the player exits the mission before it's completed, the location will appear on the map even though the gravity field is still active. Fast traveling to this location while the field is still active causes Rico to be thrown back several kilometers, and sometimes the game will simply crash.
There's also a glitch that causes the blue beam of light to remain on even after the mission is completed. This allows you to get a closer look at the beam. However, if you get too close, the beam will disappear, making it impossible to pinpoint its exact location. See the image gallery.
place
Welcome to Slezny Island
Here you can meet the corporation IDEN, which forgot all about this island and now another company, BLACK HAND, is operating there.
fur general appearance
It's a large machine on four legs, with a driver's cabin in the center and two mechanical manipulators on either side. The left arm holds a gravity-manipulating device, similar to a large electromagnet, while the right arm varies depending on the machine type. At the top of the machine is a motor to which the manipulators are attached. The machine can rotate freely.
The Black Hand weaponized all acquired samples (so the unarmed version is impossible to obtain). Some only have the Bavarian Splitter weapon on their right arm, while others have an autocannon and armor panels.
A special variant, the Reaper Rocket 'Mech, can be dropped by the Rebels as part of the Reaper Rocket 'Mech DLC. It is equipped with a Fire Lich and features a unique dark gray/blue paint scheme. Like other 'Mechs, it is affected by loadout modules.
According to the official promotional information, this vehicle is "a heavily armored mech armed with a gravity gun that allows it to lift objects and hurl them with tremendous force in any direction. While the mech is as durable as a tank, it is highly maneuverable and flexible, handling unlike other vehicles in the game."
According to Iden, during the Hive Assault mission, the robots (the originals without weapons) increased the efficiency of construction and demolition work by 83%.
It is equipped with a special interface that displays health, speed, shield strength, and weapon reload time.
Driving performance
The Mech is somewhat slow compared to most land vehicles, but surprisingly fast for its size.
The mech also has the ability to jump. It's recommended to jump before jumping off a high cliff or ledge to minimize fall damage.
fur
Take control of two types of powerful mechs and navigate them throughout Medici.
Use the mech's Gravity Remote Projector, or GRIP, to pull and hurl objects at enemies.
Jump and shoot helicopters out of the sky or crush tanks with the GRIP power attack.
Prove your skills and earn upgrades in the Mech Arena challenges.
Call in a mechanic ally for extra fire support when the going gets tough.
Includes a powerful new energy weapon, the Bavarium Power Core rifle.
The MECH LAND ASSAULT pack costs $11.99 USD / €11.99 EUR / £9.49 GBP, while the AIR, LAND & SEA Expansion Pass pack is available for $24.99 USD / €24.99 EUR / £19.99 GBP. The final content pack, BAVARIUM SEA HEIST, will be released by the end of summer 2016, a week early for Expansion Pass holders.
new toys
In the main game, the Black Hand is authorized to use Medici Military vehicles, but they don't have any of their own. During battles at the bases and mines they guard, the Weimaraner W3, CS Baltdjur, Stria Obrero, and Urga Szturm 63A have been spotted.
Mech Land Assault and Bavarium Sea Heist feature a number of Black Hand vehicles with appropriate markings.
weapons for soldiers
The CS Predator is the most common assault rifle for the Aegis.
U-39 Plechovka - Used by Aegis in several missions, such as A Long and Dangerous Road.
CS Wraith 225R - used by Ghost infantry.
Urga Vulkan - uses Titan.

guard
Guardians are units added in the MechLand Assault expansion. They are elite Black Hand soldiers who oversee the prison camps around Insula Lacrima and act as the "boss" that must be defeated to liberate the camp. Despite wearing gear reminiscent of police gear, they have roughly the same health and durability as Titan Troopers, if not slightly more, making them the toughest infantry in the game. They are armed with the Urga Widow 89 or, if the Sky Fortress is equipped, the Bavarian Splitter, both of which are capable of quickly whittling away Rico's health. They only appear after Rico has completed a sufficient number of POW camp objectives, and are often accompanied by two Ghost Troopers. Additionally, based on her build, voice, and use of feminine words during loading screens in languages that contain gender-specific words, Warden is the only female Black Hand soldier in Just Cause 3.
pilot
Pilots are only seen on Lacrima Island in the Mech Land Assault expansion. As their name suggests, they operate the mechs Urga Postolka, CS Navajo, and CS Ojur, which the Black Hand uses to defend the island. While they are armed with U-55S Pozhar and CS Spectre Mark V for self-defense, they rarely use these weapons, primarily remaining inside their vehicles. To reach them, you must capture one while they are manning the mounted Urga Szturm 63A cannon during the "Hold the Fort" phase in the Nebio Sud detention camp. It's much easier to hijack any vehicle they are piloting—this can be done at any point in the game. Impressively, they will survive being pulled out of flying vehicles like helicopters (like their military counterparts) and will fire at you with any pistol they have.
titanium
Titans are the Black Hand's heavy artillery. They are trained and equipped to deal with high-level threats and protect critical military installations and personnel. They are armed with a powerful Urga Vulcan minigun, capable of killing Rico in seconds if he finds himself in the open. They also wear the toughest armor of all Black Hand soldiers, capable of withstanding a full magazine from a Predator and even an RPG at point-blank range (albeit with difficulty). Furthermore, thanks to their incredible strength, they can break free from grappling attacks almost immediately. Due to all these factors, they pose one of the most serious threats (when Rico is on foot) in the original game and should not be taken lightly. Fortunately, these soldiers are extremely rare and are usually found only in military bases, but they can also appear in police stations. Two of them appear as the final wave of reinforcements in Belvelia.
ghost
Ghosts are the next most common Black Hand soldiers, though they are relatively rare. These soldiers are skirmishers who use hit-and-run tactics. In the original game, they are armed with two CS Wraith 225Rs and are equipped with advanced armor that allows them to withstand significant damage. They are very agile and constantly run, dodge, duck, and weave in combat to avoid enemy fire and grapple attempts, but cannot dodge area-of-effect weapons such as grenades. Like other Black Hand soldiers, they are primarily found in military outposts and bases.
Serving the eDEN corporation, they only appear once in one mission, "Take Control".
EGIS
Aegis.
Aegis are the most common Black Hand soldiers, serving as the frontline infantry in conflicts involving the Black Hand. As befits soldiers of one of the world's most powerful armies, they are well trained and equipped. In the original game, they are armed with Predator rockets and grenades. They are also equipped with advanced armor, allowing them to withstand more damage than even the most elite Medic soldiers. While they are primarily found in military outposts and bases on Insula Striata, they can occasionally be found in certain bases around Insula Draconis, albeit in much smaller numbers.
black hand projects
Projects
"Hive Assault," the final mission of the Ground Assault expansion, reveals that the Black Hand was secretly working on something called the "Global Change Project," but no details were given about this in Just Cause 3. The Black Hand stole weather research technology from the eDEN corporation, so it's logical to assume it was used for Project Illapa in Just Cause 4.
In several locations of the Insula Lacrima, such as the Nameless Port at coordinates N 40 52.250 E 5 35.700, there are several Black Hand shipping containers. Oddly, these containers are labeled "Global Exchange Project" instead of "Change," as if there was a development error. This could be explained by the fact that both "Global Project Change" and "Global Project Exchange" are in development.
Types of units of measurement
Just Cause 3 features five Black Hand unit types, with the fourth and fifth types added in the Mech Land Assault DLC. The unit types' names are known from the book "The Art of Just Cause 3," which came with the game's Collector's Edition. Additionally, Iden asks if Rico is afraid of ghosts before sending several "ghost" soldiers after you in the mission "Taking Control."

The Black Hand is a mercenary faction appearing in Just Cause, Just Cause 3, and Just Cause 4.
This article is about the Black Hand in Just Cause 3. It's the same organization as in Just Cause and Just Cause 4, but there's too much information for one article. Not to mention the spoilers.
Description
In Medici, the Black Hand received a multitude of advanced body armor. Their uniforms are black and red, and they can use any available Medici military equipment if necessary. Judging by their accents, they are either British, Australian, or South African. They can withstand more damage than the military.
Black Hand units play a much lesser role in Medici life. They are found exclusively on Insula Draconis and Insula Straiat, in oppressed settlements. Unlike the Medici Armed Forces and the DRM, Black Hand units do not appear during heatwaves outside of Insula Lacrima or Skolio. They can also be seen patrolling the surrounding sea, and there is a possible bug where small numbers of them may appear in other regions.
Units working for the eDEN Corporation can be found guarding eDEN Extraction Point Alpha, eDEN Extraction Point Bravo, and the eDEN Airship.
The Black Hand first appears in the game during the mission "Three on One," where Tom Sheldon describes them as mercenaries working for Di Ravello for bavarium. Due to a timeline error (one of very few in the Just Cause series), Rico has no idea who they are. This was likely done because Just Cause isn't as popular, and the average Just Cause 3 player wasn't aware they existed at some point in the series.
