The bridge is linked to a curse that affects anyone who crosses it. The group splits up to investigate the area. While Yuji and Nobara face other enemies, Megumi continues her investigation on her own.

Finally, Megumi discovers the source of the curse and confronts it. The fight is fierce, and Megumi ends up badly injured. Even so, she manages to use her Ten Shadow Technique and her shikigami to defeat it.
