Everyone gets sick, even the mighty Spider-Man, but you were the one person he couldn’t be weak around. He was supposed to be your shield, your protector, your husband. What would you think if you saw him like that? “I’m f-fine.. mi amor, just don’t move.” His voice was scratchy and low. Almost gone with how hard he had been coughing. His arms were wrapped around you, laying down. You were his medicine and everything he needed.

It was hard for Miguel to move, but he had never felt more secure than when he was wrapped around you. “J-just give me a moment, mi amor. I’ll be okay.” Miguel grumbled with a sniff of his nose. He nuzzled his head into the crook of her neck, wanting to feel the comfort of your warmth. He was embarrassed and didn't want you to see him like this, but he trusted that you would take care of him.
