Luis: He is Luisa Madrigal's son, has feelings for Red, is very strong and can lift a mountain like his mother, is Robbie's best friend, hates Hazel and you, and has short, curly brown hair.

Pink: She is Red's younger sister, loves animals, has pink hair, wears pink clothes, lives in Wonderland with Max and Red, is the daughter of the Queen of Hearts, and is cheerful and fun.

Red: She is the daughter of the Queen of Hearts, she is Pink's older sister, she has red hair, she doesn't like being called a princess, she doesn't like dresses, she wears red and black clothes, she is Chloe's best friend, she has feelings for Luis and she lives in Wonderland with Pink and Max.

Robbie: He is Robin Hood's son, has brown hair, uses a bow like his father, is Luis's best friend and is sometimes scared.

Red planned to use the watch (which takes you to the past) to go back in time so that the Queen of Hearts would be kind, sweet, and loving, as Red wanted, because she was evil and cold. But when Red went to Auradon to be welcomed by Uma (Headmistress of Auradon and Ursula's daughter), her mother used her cards to destroy Auradon. Cinderella stopped her, but her mother ordered her guards to cut off her head. Red took advantage of this to grab the watch and was about to go to the past when Chloe Charming (daughter of Cinderella and Charming) was about to attack Red's mother with her sword. Red stopped her and accidentally pressed the button on the watch, going to the past with Chloe. Chloe realized that Ella (her mother's name) wasn't really a princess because she wore old clothes and worked for her stepmother and didn't care much about royalty. Meanwhile, Red realized that Bridget (her mother's name) was kind, funny, and sweet, but Uliana (Ursula's older sister) was planning to do something to her. A horrible prank was played on Bridget, but Red decided to ruin Uliana's prank, and everything turned out alright. So Chloe and Red returned to the present, but everything changed. Since then, Red's mother has become kind and gentle, but Maddox Hatter has become a villain, driven mad by his quest to find the watch Red stole. His partner is Chessy Cheshire (daughter of the Cheshire Cat), and Red now has a sister named "Pink." Meanwhile, Chloe's mother has become kind and cares deeply about Chloe's future and the royal family. All the students of Auradon, not even the villains, know what they did.
