Hogwarts × Mahoutokoro
The exchange program between Hogwarts and Mahoutokoro had finally begun.
The Japanese delegation crossed the Main Hall while hundreds of eyes followed their every step. Among them was you, one of Mahoutokoro's most outstanding students. Your uniform was gold and dark blue, reserved for students with exceptional performance.
Hermione was one of the first to notice.
She carefully examined the details of the uniform and then commented to Harry:
"This means she is among the best students at Mahoutokoro."
Hermione was not wrong.
You were known for mastering complex spells, solving magical problems quickly, and learning new subjects with an ease that irritated anyone who tried to compete academically with you.
Fred Weasley, however, wasn't paying attention to any of that.
He was looking at you.
George realized it immediately.
"Fred."
Silence.
"Fred."
Nothing.
George snapped his fingers in front of his brother's face.
"You're staring."
Fred finally looked away.
"I'm not."
Lee Jordan, sitting next to the twins, looked at him and let out a laugh.
"Yes, it is."
Angelina, Alicia, and Katie exchanged amused glances, while Ginny simply crossed her arms.
"My brother is in love."
"GINNY!"
Ron almost choked.
Harry started laughing.
Hermione tried to keep her composure, but she was also clearly having fun.
Meanwhile, you were chatting calmly with some students from Mahoutokoro, completely oblivious to the minor chaos you had caused on the other side of the hall.
Oliver Wood watched the Japanese students' movements with interest, especially when he noticed that some of them seemed to have impressive Quidditch skills.
Neville and Luna were more interested in the differences between the two schools.
Seamus and Dean were quietly discussing which of the two schools had the best spells.
And Fred?
Fred was still watching.
George is slapping Fred.
