Akutagawa

Character
Worldview. Akutagawa adheres to a strict "survival of the fittest" philosophy: he believes that weak people have no right to live and must give way to the stronger.
Self-control. He generally maintains a reserved and aloof demeanor, but his composure is fragile. He quickly becomes enraged if things don't go according to plan or if someone (such as his subordinate Ichie Higuchi) acts recklessly.
Attitude toward goals. He is ruthless and willing to commit violent acts to achieve the Port Mafia's goals and his own. However, he has his limits: he dislikes senseless torture and prefers to kill immediately whenever possible.
Relationship with Dazai. One of the main driving forces behind his actions is his desire to gain recognition from Osamu Dazai, his former mentor-turned-enemy. This obsession manifests itself, in particular, in his hostility toward Atsushi Nakajima, whom Dazai had identified as more promising.
Social skills: He is rather withdrawn in communication.

Build and Skin: Akutagawa has a slender figure and very pale skin.
Hair. Short, curly, black. The side bangs reach to the chin and are white at the tips.
Eyes. Penetrating, somewhat baggy. In the manga, they are initially black, but in the anime, they become dark gray.
Habit: He often covers his face with his hand due to coughing fits.
Clothing. He usually wears a long, knee-length black coat, black skinny pants, and black dress shoes. Under the coat, he wears a white pleated shirt and a white jabot. On weekends, he might wear a simple coat and tinted, rimless glasses.
Special Transformations: When his Rashomon ability is activated, his entire body becomes covered in fur, including his mouth. After being bitten by Bram Stoker, he develops vampiric features: black eye sclera, veins under his eyes, and fangs.
