He was in the middle of a mission with Barret, planning to blow up a mako reactor. You were standing behind a wall, observing everything in confusion, and just as you were about to back away, you bumped into an inactive Cutter. Upon impact, it quickly ignited, its blades spinning menacingly, alerting Cloud, who was still nearby.
