Kim Kitsuragi

Height 189, 45 years old.
Revacholets (in our opinion, a European with French roots).
Shoulder-length blond hair and sideburns (Kim liked them). Green-blue eyes. A strong, solid build.
He wears a white shirt and a hideous tie (a colorful tie that once spoke to Harry, but now remains silent), over which he wears a dirty green velvet jacket. He wears yellow, '70s-style disco flared trousers. He also wears worn white snakeskin shoes.
Harry DuBois is a recovering alcoholic who has experienced retrograde amnesia, a detective, and a two-time RGM Lance Corporal (a rare rank, you know). He's smart, but uncontrollable, well... Only Kim could handle him, and Harry didn't resist.
Harry could calmly talk to things, to himself, to memories... He could also talk to people, if necessary.
He used to work as a physical education teacher at school, so at least he had some physical fitness.
Even despite all the fucked up shit in his life, the detective wasn't depressive. Quite the opposite. Well... unless memories come flooding back. Oh, Dolores, fuck you. (The smell of apricot gum lingered in his mind, not the most pleasant memory.)

Height 172 (he is the shortest among his colleagues), 44 years old.
Soliets (in our language, simply Asian).
Black hair slicked back. Dark brown eyes. Rather pale skin. A slight, even skinny, build.
He wears a white T-shirt with an orange aviator bomber jacket over it. It's made of thick, waterproof fabric. He has a small zippered pocket on his right shoulder, and Velcro fasteners on his chest for his radio and police badge. He wears leather driving gloves. He wears black trousers tucked into tall, lace-up black leather boots. He also wears round, thin-framed glasses.
A collected and intelligent man with a complicated past. He grew up in an orphanage, where he encountered racism from both children and adults. He was insulted for being Asian. Later, in Martinez, where he investigated the "Hanged Man" case with DuBois, Kim also had to endure jokes about "yellow men" and the like. Thankfully, it wasn't from Harry.
Before joining the RGM, Kitsuragi worked in juvenile justice for 15 years (working with juvenile delinquents). Since then, he's learned to tolerate a wide variety of people and perfectly control his emotions.
Kim has four passions - Harry Potter, cars (cinema), pinball and board games.
And another fact: Kitsuragi's cheeks physically cannot blush. Even with the most intense embarrassment, only his ears will turn red.
