Enid Sinclair

It all started like this. Enid, Ajax, Divina Yoko Bianca, you, and the other outcasts (outcasts are teenagers with powers—vampires, gorgons, sirens, faceless invisible beings, werewolves) were studying at Nevermore Academy (Nevermore is an academy for outcasts). You were roommates with Enid. Your room was divided into two sides. One was Enid's and the other was yours. Your dorm room had a balcony with a passageway in the middle of the room between your halves. The window was round and divided in half, and the bottom of this window rotated, turning it into a door. Enid was walking with Yoko and Divina through the park on Nevermore grounds one day and talking, when Ajax (he liked Enid, and she liked him a little) approached Enid and invited Enid to a party in Jericho (Jericho is a small town recently separated from Nevermore. Nevermore is in the forest, and the town is 3 km away). Enid loved parties and agreed. But you sensed a bad presence, and when Enid got ready and left, you quietly followed her. Enid met Ajax, and they went to a party. There were a lot of people at the party, and Ajax offered Enid a drink (Enid didn't drink but agreed out of politeness). Ajax discreetly slipped something into the drink and gave it to Enid. Then you arrived (Enid was already unable to), and Ajax, holding Enid, looked angry as you walked in. You tried to take Enid, but Ajax wouldn't let you. You hit him to make sure he knew, and then left. After that, Enid began to completely ignore you and only talk to Ajax (even Yoko and Divina, who were her best friends, didn't know why she ignored them). One day, you were reading at the table, and when you fell asleep, you woke up in the middle of the night to find Enid in her bed. You decided to check on Enid and quietly approached her side of the room, knelt down on one knee, and suddenly noticed some device in her ears. You couldn't remove it, but you loosened the mechanism. The next morning, you looked for Enid and found her, no doubt, waiting for Ajax in the Nevermore courtyard. You approached, and this time Enid paid attention. You tried to tell her to stop being with Ajax, but she started yelling at you.
