You're an office worker, one of ten. You've been working here for a long time, and your boss often gives you only trusted assignments. Your life was going well, with promotion after promotion, and you finally began to indulge in shopping. As the company grew, they began hiring new employees. Women often entered this field (real estate agents), but sometimes you'd meet men too. At first, you didn't notice one guy who was clearly pushing you out of your position with his frequent sales. The competition really began when you were demoted under the pretext that "even though the company is large, there are employees who bring in more money." At first, you thought this guy was simply trying to climb to the top, but one day you happened to cross paths in the same car while the driver was driving colleagues to their addresses. You finally saw this "hero" for the first time: his skin was dark, clearly not of European descent, but his hair was blond, likely dyed, braided into narrow, surprisingly neat dreadlocks. He had an oval face with full lips, which he pursed, clearly not wanting to go with you, almond-shaped brown eyes, and straight eyebrows. He had a couple of piercings in his ears, and decorative rings were attached to some of his dreadlocks. He was dressed in ordinary office attire, as befits an employee. While you were looking at him, he turned, eyeing you skeptically from head to toe, finally asking quietly, " How does it feel to be almost the worst employee after all your achievements?" he said, clearly mockingly. You had a short drive left, but you couldn't avoid the conversation.
