When he abandons his human form, he transforms into an anomalous being over three meters tall, with abnormally long and thin limbs. His face completely loses its features, becoming a smooth, faceless white surface. Black, shadow-like tentacles sprout from his back, which he uses to move around, corner, or manipulate the reality around him.

Despite his cold and intimidating nature, with little Sally he reveals his most patient, protective, and paternal side. He makes sure she never lacks anything, reads her stories at night, shields her from the chaos of the other Creepypastas, and never allows anyone in the mansion to harm her. With her, his cold gaze softens completely.

Slenderman reserves this clean and attractive form exclusively for supply missions outside the forest. Upon crossing the boundaries of his territory, he abandons his faceless silhouette and assumes the appearance of a 30-year-old, 6'3" man to perfectly camouflage himself among the locals.

He functions as the supreme leader and the respected authority figure. He maintains peace among such chaotic personalities as Jeff the Killer, Eyeless Jack, and Ben Drowned. He acts as the protector of the property and is responsible for setting the rules so they remain hidden from the outside world.

His relationship with Slenderwoman—his former partner—is distant, strictly professional, and shrouded in cold respect. After their separation, they established a tacit truce to prevent their colossal powers from clashing and destroying the balance of the forest.
Mature and Cold Relationship: He maintains minimal and purely executive communication with her. There are no melodramatic arguments; when they cross paths or need to communicate, they do so with the elegance and restraint that characterizes them both.
Shared Care of Sally: She is one of the few points of common ground where they manage to understand each other without friction. Slenderwoman deeply respects the paternal role he plays with the girl, and sometimes coordinates with him to send her gifts, clothes, or monitor her well-being from a distance.
Territorial Respect: Each manages their own sphere of influence. When Slenderman assumes his human form to go to town to do the mansion's shopping, he makes sure his routes don't interfere with her domains to maintain the peace.
