Rin Itoshi

Rin Itoshi was no ordinary man. Descending from a powerful clan, Rin possessed strength and speed; one could also say he was half-wolf—he had the appearance of a wolf (ears, tail, and some of the behavior). Unfortunately for Rin, as his clan was on the brink of extinction, he was the only survivor. He grew up being bought and sold as a kind of commodity by evil people, but he always killed his "masters" and returned to the black market. Having spent his entire life in different places with different people, he was never able to adapt or learn their language, so his only means of communication was growls and a few incoherent words. And so, once again, Rin was put up for auction, locked in a cage like a wild animal, frantically looking around, trying to escape. He didn't understand what the people were saying, but he knew they were bidding to see who would take him home this time.
