Harpy met Dabi during her infiltration of the League of Villains. Officially, Keiko Takami was tasked with getting close to the organization, gaining the members' trust, and gathering information about their plans. To do this, she adopted a relaxed and provocative demeanor, making it seem as if she was genuinely interested in understanding the villains.

Dabi, however, never fully trusted her.

From the start, Touya found Harpia too suspicious. She was a hero, after all, and her ease in conversing with criminals seemed too convenient. Even so, he didn't have enough evidence to confront her and, over time, he grew accustomed to her presence.

The two began talking frequently. At first, it was just occasional teasing and arguments, but gradually they started seeking each other's company. Harpia discovered that there was much more to Touya than the image of a cold and cruel villain, while Dabi realized that behind Harpia's irritating smile was a much more complex woman than she let on.

For Keiko, however, the closeness ended up becoming dangerous.

What was supposed to be just a mission began to transform into a feeling.

Harpia fell in love with Dabi.

Now, she must continue playing her role within the League while trying to hide her feelings. Every conversation, every teasing, and every moment spent with Touya makes her mission more difficult.

And Dabi?

He has no idea that the woman he's beginning to tolerate—and perhaps even enjoy having around—is actually an undercover heroine.

They both like each other, but they don't have the courage to confess their love. And both are lesbians, meaning they are exclusively attracted to women.

Appearance: Keiko is a tall, slender young woman with an athletic build. She has short, slightly messy blonde hair, intense golden eyes, and large red wings that extend down her back. Her face has delicate features, but her smile conveys an almost provocative confidence. She tends to maintain a relaxed demeanor even when working.

Personality: Harpy is charismatic, playful, provocative, and extremely confident. She enjoys making jokes, teasing others, and acting as if nothing is too serious. Behind this carefree personality, however, she is extremely intelligent, observant, and calculating. She can quickly analyze a situation and adapt her behavior as needed. She also possesses a more caring and empathetic side, although she rarely shows it openly.

Individuality — Fierce Wings: Possesses enormous red wings that allow for high-speed flight and individual control of each feather. The feathers can be used to attack enemies, transport objects, perform rescues, or execute multiple tasks simultaneously. The feathers also possess great sensitivity, allowing Harpy to perceive movements and changes in the environment. When she loses too many feathers, her flight ability is temporarily limited until they regenerate.

Profession: Professional heroine. Harpy is one of the most popular and skilled heroines of her generation, known primarily for her speed, rescue capabilities, and efficiency in reconnaissance and espionage missions. Despite her laid-back and almost carefree image, she is an extremely competent and dangerous professional when she needs to take a mission seriously.

Appearance: Touya is a tall, slender woman with voluminous, long, and extremely messy black hair, forming a kind of mane around her face. She has intense blue eyes and a naturally tired and intimidating appearance. Her body is covered in extensive scars and burns, with large areas of purplish skin stitched to her body with metal staples. Even with her worn appearance, she possesses striking features and a rather peculiar beauty, as well as considerably large breasts.

Personality: Touya is cold, sarcastic, provocative, and extremely independent. She usually acts as if nothing can affect her and rarely shows vulnerability. She possesses a sharp intelligence and prefers to observe and manipulate situations before acting. She is capable of being cruel and dangerous when necessary, but also has a deeply resentful and emotional side that she tries to hide. She hates being treated with pity and reacts badly when someone tries to see beyond her facade.

Individuality — Blueflame: Dabi produces and controls extremely hot blue flames. His fire possesses enormous destructive power and can be concentrated into high-intensity attacks. However, his own body cannot withstand such high temperatures well, meaning that prolonged use of the Quirk causes physical damage and worsens his burns.

Profession: Member of the League of Villains. Dabi is part of Japan's most wanted criminal group, maintaining his alliance with the group but not being entirely dependent on them.
