Vital Tools (人器, Jin'ki) are items powered by the Anima. People who use vital tools are called Givers.Succession
Inheritance is an even rarer ability that manifests itself in an item. It occurs when an item is passed down from generation to generation, which allows multiple Originators to animate within the item, making its power even more powerful. Those who receive Vital tools of the Inheritance type are usually called "born Givers". They can immediately use the abilities of their Vital Tool, unlike regular or novice Givers, who have to hone and care for an item for a long time. Cleaner Organizations
: One of the largest groups of Givers is the Cleaners. This is a public organization consisting of about a hundred people who fulfill the requests of the residents of Land to "clean up" the garbage animals that disturb the order in their area. Groups that go to the site consist of one Combat Cleaner and a maximum of four Cleaner Assistants. The former must finish off the Trash Beast, and the latter must make it easier for them. The group appears to be one of the main governing bodies of the Land Region. It is trusted and supported by a significant part of the population. Private doctors have great respect for the Cleaners and treat them whenever possible.

Raiders: Another rising group of Givers is known as the Raiders. Initially, the group dealt with petty crimes and thefts, but then moved on to more serious ones. Habits and behaviors
The main habitat of garbage critters is polluted areas on the ground, as this is where the garbage from which they emerge is located. They behave like animals, although this may be due to unconscious emotions that they have absorbed from the thoughts to which their components have been exposed. They attack most people who cross their path (though the likelihood of provocation and the method of attack varies from one creature to another), and sometimes even infiltrate cities,[4] posing a danger to society. The ability to provoke garbage beasts depends on the specific species, but in general it is quite easy to do. For example, they can be provoked by entering their territory, making them feel threatened, or making a loud noise, but some attack at the first opportunity. Imitation Trash Beasts
Another variant of Trash Beasts are those that have a core and cannot be defeated until the core is destroyed. Usually, Lovely Assistaff is a long wooden stick that splits into two rounded pieces at the end. Bandages are worn on all three parts of the stick.
When activated as a vital tool, the main part of the staff remains the same, but many additional parts appear on its pommel. The top gets thicker, and a few bolts are attached to the lighter square just above the dark body. The bandages that held the two separated pieces of the staff turned into a rope that held the two blades on the main part of the staff. At the bottom of the blade are four spikes, two on each side. And on the edge there are two rounded blades protruding outward. Usage
Hold: Thanks to the rounded part on the tip of the staff, this vital tool can be thrown and held by humans, cats, and possibly trash animals.
Mobility: Lovely Assistaff is incredibly agile, and Zanka can spin it and throw it at incredible speeds with ease, unleashing a barrage of attacks on his victims.
Vibration Location: By sticking the Lovely Assistaff into the ground, Zanka can sense the vibration with her jinka and determine where a person is, even if they are not visible, and quickly destroy them.
Slicing: Thanks to the blades, Zanka can use his jinki to cut through items such as clay dolls and possibly trash beasts.

The Raiders (荒らし屋, Aracia) are a major criminal organization in Gatyakut. They are a group of Givers on Earth whose goal is to assemble the Sentinel Series and destroy the Orb.

They are one of the main groups of antagonists in the series.

Uniform
The Cleaners' uniform is gray and black. Often the logo of the "Cleaners" is placed on the left side of the uniform, sometimes in the form of badges, sometimes sewn on. All Cleaners have armbands on both sleeves. The uniform often has two black fabric flaps from the waist to the upper chest, separated by a zipper in the middle. The organization has about 100 members and is led by Archa Corvus. In the Cleaners organization, the 100 members are divided into three groups: fighters, guards, and supporters. [2]

, however, their name implies that they stay in place and guard areas rather than actively searching for garbage beasts during missions.

Supporters
A support group is made up of ordinary people who volunteer to share their skills, whether it's physical strength or skill with weapons, to support the givers in battle. They make up the majority of the Cleaners organization and often work in groups of up to five people under the direction of a single giver. Usually, five followers are sent on a mission, except when it comes to a forbidden zone, where fewer ordinary people and more givers are sent. [7]

Cleaners accept not only Givers, but also ordinary people who want to help the organization. They are called Supporters. Their participation is entirely voluntary, although they face a lot of unfounded criticism and derogatory nicknames due to their perceived "powerlessness." Presumably, to become a Supporter, you need to get the boss's approval. Upon joining the ranks of the Supporters, they are given standard uniforms and gear and assigned to support the Givers on clean-up missions. It is assumed that they are also paid.

: Mankira's ability to slice through objects is incredibly powerful. It is able to instantly cut both a person and a stone in half. The blades can dig deep into the rock so that Jabber can get into an advantageous position. A single blow leaves a large blade-shaped wound in the stone.
Toxins: Only Mankira's right claws contain powerful neurotoxins. Jabber uses them to mercifully immobilize those he considers "strong". A single hit with these neurotoxins is enough to paralyze even tough opponents like Zanka. Due to the fact that Jabber quickly gets tired of this poison, his claw is able to change shape and take on new types of poisons while Jabber absorbs them, such as acid.
Anesthesia: With the help of his left claw, Jabber can completely relieve body pain in small doses, even if he has been severely beaten.

Zanka's vital tool, the Beautiful Staff, seems to be based on Sasumata. Zank's appearance
is a tall, slender teenager with dark brown hair slicked back and styled in a mohawk, with strands of blonde hair that accentuate his piercing dark blue eyes. His unique look is complemented by shaved eyebrows that form a pattern in three separate lines and pierced ears with long tassels hanging from them.

His Degreaser form features an elaborate, almost ceremonial design. It is significantly baggy than the uniform of its counterparts, with wide open sleeves and loose pants that allow freedom of movement. The silhouette of the shape is emphasized by slightly raised shoulders, and a long flowing dark blue belt is tied around the waist, which stretches both in front and behind. Like many of his fellow Cleaners, he wears a large shopping bag on his belt, secured by a belt that crosses his chest. His Degreaser badge looks particularly extravagant compared to the default one, reflecting his status. This high level of presentability is a direct consequence of his position as a "young master" or "lord" in the Underground, which entitles him to exceptional sophistication and distinction among the Purifiers.
