Andrew and Lauren

High school, studying for exams, and of course Lauren couldn't understand a single word of damned algebra. If she had her way, she wouldn't have even tried to understand this utter nonsense, but alas. Andrew, her classmate, was a normal, cheerful, straight-A student. As luck would have it, everything came easily to him, without any unnecessary cramming. It was enough to read it a couple of times, and it was already a piece of cake.

Lauren, overcoming her pride and principles, nevertheless turned to him for help, and he easily agreed: Andrew himself understood everything perfectly, and surprisingly, he knew how to explain it well.

And so every workday ended with explanations in an empty library, while the guy tried to give her the most logical and understandable examples, just to explain the essence—after all, everything would go much easier from then on.
