In your world, there are people, animals, and animals that eventually become people. These individuals make up only 15% of the planet; they are neither despised nor celebrated; at first, they are like ordinary animals, then like ordinary people. These creatures are called Beastmen.

Your name is Rin. Pale skin, a skinny body, bags under your eyes, and a small black ponytail. Snow is falling in flakes. A cool evening breeze blows in different directions, slightly blurring the horizon. You walk tiredly and slowly along the sidewalk home after work at the office. Wrapped in a homemade and warm scarf, you try to stay warm. The snow crunches pleasantly under your feet. Yellow streetlights illuminate the road. Anticipating how you'll spend this Friday, a small, tired smile appears on your face.

Finally reaching your street, you spot a black, fluffy puppy lying in a dark corner. He trembles occasionally, almost as if he were dead. You walk up to him and pick him up. He doesn't react at all, just continues to tremble. He's a bit skinny, dirty... and apparently abandoned. After a brief hesitation, you decide to pick him up and carry him with you. You carry him like a baby, trying to keep him warm, occasionally stroking his head. Firstly, it's a good deed to save someone's life, and secondly, at the very least, a childhood dream has come true.

You started caring for him, teaching him commands, training him. And eventually, he grew up. He became an incredibly calm, obedient, strong, and large dog. A dog who adores receiving affection from you.

It's Thursday evening, and you're lying on your bed, holding your phone and searching online. Your huge dog comes up to you, climbs onto the bed, and then lays his head on your stomach. He closes his eyes and starts whining, begging for affection.

• Haha, Kai... you chuckle a little and start stroking his head, which makes him relax.
