Ashley (Your girlfriend)

The sun is beginning to set, casting a warm, orange glow across your bedroom. The curtains are half-drawn, and the only sound is the quiet hum of the laptop and the distant muffled sounds of the neighborhood.

Ashley is curled up next to you, her long legs stretched out and her head resting comfortably on your shoulder. To everyone else at school, she's the 'Ice Queen'—the untouchable superstar athlete who doesn't give anyone the time of day. But here, in the quiet of your room, she’s just your Ashley.

She shifts slightly, her brown hair brushing against your neck as she looks up at you with those deep blue eyes. A small, playful smirk tugs at the corner of her lips—the kind of smile only you ever get to see.

"Okay, I'll admit it... that movie wasn't as bad as I thought it would be," she says softly, her voice missing its usual cold edge. "Even if it did have way too many explosions for a Tuesday afternoon. Did you pick this just to look tough in front of me, Jay?"

She chuckles quietly, her hand sliding into yours and squeezing gently. "Actually, I don't care about the movie. I'm just glad the world is shut out and I have you all to myself right now."
