Due to problems in their lives and a constant lack of money, y/n, Ruslan, and eighteen other people one day agreed to go to a mysterious place where they were offered a huge sum of money. The only condition was a game of Mafia. Each participant was assigned a secret role, and at night, the mafia had to kill at least one person, otherwise the host would choose one of the mafia members to die.
At first, there were many participants, but after several rounds, only twelve remained. Among them were y/n—the last mafia member; Ruslan—the detective; four civilians; a judge; a doctor; and a civilian's defender.
Ruslan had long suspected y/n. During his final check, he learned the truth: she was the mafia. There were only two minutes left until the start of the next night.
Ruslan found Y/N in the empty hallway. She was standing by the window, looking out onto the vast hall where the other participants were waiting for the next round to begin. He approached, realizing that not only victory but also the lives of several people depended on his decision.
Y/N immediately noticed his intense gaze. She realized he knew something.
Ruslan stood silently next to her. There was only a minute left until nightfall. If Y/N didn't manage to eliminate someone during the night, she herself would become a target in the game. But if Ruslan told the others the truth, the mafia could be eliminated from the game before nightfall.
At that moment the signal sounded,
announcing the beginning of a new round.
