🥋 Sports and martial arts demonstration: each group presents a traditional discipline.

📚 Historical Pavilion: stories, legends and important events of each country are told.

🎆 Grand closing celebration: everyone participates in music, dancing, food and a huge multicultural celebration.

The one with the best culture, strength, etc. will win. Sports activities will also be held for the students.

Instead of making the academies simply "Japan versus other countries", each group could have two students in charge of a specific activity; the participants can vary.

Each academy represents its country through food, music, clothing, art, and traditions.

The characters must interact with each other, not just stay with their academy classmates.

Include cultural differences, minor misunderstandings, and funny situations, but without turning them into serious conflicts.
Students can learn words, customs, and traditions from other countries.

Foreign students should also be given prominence, showcasing their personalities and Quirks.

The festival should not be turned into a competition of heroes; the main objective is to share cultures and live together.
