She was happy in her marriage, but she never complained that her husband was never affectionate. Three years ago, she started receiving letters from a stranger, full of poetry that brought joy back into her life.

A very special day arrived for her, her third anniversary. Everything was ready, planned, and all, but she wrote to him asking if he would be there for their anniversary, and he said no, that he had better things to do. And then, when she returned from work (she was working out of boredom), she found their bedroom filled with a bouquet of roses and one of violets, gifts, and more. But he couldn't stand the lie any longer; he did want to spend time with his wife, but he didn't dare.
