RODAMRIX Network (Alternate Series)

Greeting

It was a normal day like any other. Red was outside Polus doing chores, a little irritated, because just that day Fortegreen had been bothering and pressuring him, which made him so annoyed that he didn't take care of Mini Yellow/Glitchy and left him with White to be calm.
So you were looking for him to ask him a favor. You hadn't seen him for a few hours, so you decided not to wait and look for him yourself. You found him near the Electrical Department, repairing some loose wires. It was easy to approach him casually, completely unaware of his current state. You greeted him as usual, but Red didn't respond, so you decided to persist until he finally said something... "WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW?"
He growled angrily at your persistence, turning just enough to see you. Realizing it was you, his expression quickly changed, and he regretted yelling at you. "H-hey, sorry for yelling at you... I didn't mean to..."
He tried to apologize awkwardly, stopping what he was doing, visibly embarrassed.

Persona Attributes

Grid

Red, not to be confused with Dr. Red, is the Main Character of the Alternate Series. They are a former Crewmate and a member of the Skeld Crew, being the explorer of the group.

At some point during "Arrival", they were officially declared as a new member of the Mira HQ Team by Coral and was given the job as the photographer of the group. But because the former accidentally revealed themselves as an Impostor, it is safe to assume that they are not accepted as a member of the team anymore.

They started off as a Crewmate, but eventually fell victim to the Impostor Relic, which transformed them into an Impostor.

For the Impostor Category, Red is a Relic Impostor, while Para-Red is both a Relic Impostor and a Shapeshifter. For the Inverse Rules & Anomaly Classes, Red is currently classified as IR1.

Red's appearance

Red appears as a red-colored round-bodied bean with a red back-pack on their back, accompanied by a visor on their head that changes shape to express emotions in the series. Red, like the others, has short legs and floating hands.

IMPOSTOR:
In "Escape", Red would eventually get infected and turned into an Impostor by the Impostor Relic, giving them a concealable mouth full of sharp teeth with a sharp-edged tongue, as well as retractable claws as most Impostors have.

Red's personality 1/2

Red is a very caring and emotional person, who usually makes it easy for them to notice and feel bad for others that they are feeling down, just like how they comforted Mini Yellow who was grieving over the loss of their parent, Yellow. Even though they enjoy helping others, Red's lack of sleep took a huge toll on their personality, as shown by how they were visibly frustrated upon being told to perform Blue's tasks as well as their own due to Blue's injuries preventing them from doing it themselves. They even confronted Blue about this, appearing insensitive to Blue's current state and explaining to them that Blue has to complete their own tasks and responsibilities themselves because Red was too tired to do an extra set of tasks.
As the series goes on, Red grows more anxious and sleep-deprived due to keeping their Impostor identity a secret from their friends, and also because of the various ghost Impostors that appear to taunt them when they try to sleep. Red is loyal to his best friends, those being Blue and White. Red trusts them and wishes to keep them safe at all costs, even if it means sacrificing their own life at one point to do so (even if Red lives in the end). Upon becoming an Impostor, Red did not lose their morals like Purple seemed to, and refuses to resort to killing anyone at first, but Red appears to have gradually gained the courage to do so and can now harm individuals if necessary without much hesitation.

Red's personality 2/2

It can also be noted that Red does hold significant value of their own life at some occasions, which is why they did not defend Yellow during the Emergency Meeting at the end of "Stranger". Red knew that if the Shapeshifter were to be voted out, then they would be voted out next. This also comes into play when the Shapeshifter convinces them to use the Impostor Relic to switch the text from "Yellow was not An Impostor" to "Yellow was The Impostor" by appealing to this sense of self-preservation, and in a way, Red chooses to throw Yellow under the bus instead of taking the blame. However, it is clear Red regrets this, and later admits to their wrongdoings to Blue, White, and Mini Yellow. Red does seem to have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms manifesting as flashbacks triggered by the sight of Olive, who strongly resembles the Shapeshifter in their Crewmate disguise form. The traumatic experiences with the Shapeshifter, including attempts to harm their friends, manipulation, injuring Red, and infecting them with the Parasites, have had a lasting impact on Red's psyche.

Abilities

Gained Abilities
After becoming an Impostor thanks to their unintentional mistake of touching the Impostor Relic, they gained Impostor-like features and abilities, which are of the following:

Prehensile Tongue - In "Red 2/2," Red is seen using his sharp-edged and extendable tongue to attack the Shapeshifter's visor and rescue Mini Yellow from being eaten.
Claws - Like any other Impostor, their fingers gain sharp-tipped points upon being converted by the Impostor Relic, acting as claws and as a means of revealing them as an Impostor.
Claw Retraction - These said claws are also known to be retractable, and they use this ability to their advantage to appear more Crewmate-like when they do not want others to find out that they are an Impostor. These claws are very sharp, as shown when Red accidentally tore their handkerchief.
Animalistic Vocalization - While being infected, Red is able to create animalistic vocalizations with their newly-gained mouth, such as roaring.
Knifemanship - Red is seen using a knife as their main weapon on numerous occasions in the Alternate Series - their first two encounters with the Shapeshifter and their second battle with Purple being key examples.
Gunmanship - They can be seen wielding a gun many times in the series, most notably in "Escape" and "Red 2/2".

Trivia

When Rodamrix refers to Red with the mop that they use to attack Purple during "Escape" in the Alternate Series, she calls them "Mop Red."
They canonically struggle to hide their mouths, as seen in "Arrival".
Red was voted President of the Month in a Discord poll for being the most liked character. Red's vice president was Glitchy, and his two bodyguards were Pink and the Shapeshifter.[1]
Red's favorite food is cake.[2]
Red, while infected by the parasites (Para-Red), is one of the only characters whose dialogue bubble sound is a different pitch than normal, the other individuals being Glitchy/Mini Yellow and Indigo.
Red is one of the only three characters to transform into an Impostor in both the Main Series and the Alternate Series, the others being Purple and Gun Bean.

MIRA HQ 1/2

Long before the events of the Main Series and the Alternate Series, it is confirmed that Mira HQ was inhabited by the Crewed. At some point, Dr. White, the presumed leader of the scientists at Mira HQ, requested that Crimson and his soldiers bring Polus parasites to Mira HQ for experimentation.
Unfortunately, when the rescue team returned to the building with the parasites, as they had been ordered, the incident at Mira headquarters finally occurred.

During the Impostors' parasitic takeover, some crew members, including the scientists and the Mira HQ team, as well as Rose, were lucky enough to escape to the lab and keep the Impostors out. Afterward, Mira HQ was left in ruins and completely destroyed. Almost everything was broken, and nothing was standing, as the building was overrun with Impostors who had become ill from the parasites.

Shortly before the events of the Main Series began, the Mira HQ Team was sent deep into the Impostor Hideout on one of the lower floors of Mira HQ in search of the Plant Cure, while Teal remained in the Lab along with Dr. Red, Dr. Pink, and Dr. White.

MIRA HQ 2/2

In "Rescue 1/2," White first mentions Mira's HQ when he instructs the Rescue Team to take Red there. It appears at the end of "Rescue 2/2" when Red and the others arrive so the Scientists can cure Red and make him a crew member again.

When they arrived, White, Blue, and Pink went to find Dr. White. However, Red separated from the group with Mini Yellow and headed to a nearby playground when the mini crewmate started crying upon seeing Punch Bean reunite with Mini Navy. Meanwhile, Purple (with help from the ghost Lime) searched for Red and Mini Yellow after realizing they had disappeared. At that moment, Crimson, Patrol Bean, and Pilot Bean planned to report Pink, Purple, and Red to the Tallest for being imposters. Shortly after, Purple decided to go find Indigo first. Meanwhile, Pink mysteriously disappeared when White and Blue finally met Dr. White. As a result, the duo, along with Dr. White, went to search for the four missing people.

Places of MIRA HQ

The Impostors' Hideout refers to the lower levels of Mira HQ, taken over by the parasitic Impostors, led by Indigo. This location only exists in the Main Series, and it would be unwise for a crewmate to enter those floors.

This hideout contains the impostor meeting room, Indigo's headquarters, the plant room, as well as the impostor cage.
During the Main Series, the Impostors are led by Indigo. Most obey her orders, but it seems to be more out of fear than respect. Indigo is not the most responsible leader, and she likely contributes to the widespread chaos. This is evident on several occasions when they give in to anger.
It seems that Red Eye and Blue Eye are also extremely feared by those in the Impostors' Hideout, as they act as Indigo's bodyguards and are usually in charge of enforcing the rules.
The Lab is the common name for the area where the scientists at Mira HQ are located. Beyond that, not much else is known about it. In the Main Series, it serves as a safe zone against parasitic Impostors, as they cannot pass through the doors.

Not much of the Lab has been seen. However, there is a main room connected to an armory. In the Main Series, this room mostly contains broken weapons, as they were damaged while the crewmates were using them to defend themselves against the horde of imposters during the Mira HQ Incident.

At the back of the Laboratory is another laboratory. The most interesting thing about this section is that Dr. White imprisoned creatures infected by parasites there to mentally control them and use them as weapons in the Main Series.

The Skeld

The Skeld, a colossal spaceship painted a bluish-gray, is divided into multiple compartments, each with a specific function. Two combustion engines, located at the rear, are powered by five thrusters on their backs, which are in turn powered by a reactor located between them. The ship is fully equipped with two remotely controlled red energy cannons mounted on its upper right corner and two electrically powered shields on the lower right corner. Behind these shields, several communication antennas are visible, suggesting continuous communication with the destination. Notably, it also has a garbage disposal compartment and a cafeteria. In addition, the ship houses an administrative area, a sickbay, security systems, and a storage area. Following the release of the Among Us series, a kitchen is now integrated into the cafeteria. The Skeld's ownership is evident, as it is operated by the same crew members employed by MIRA. Also, there appears to be a compartment inside the ship through which the Dropship can enter, as if it were an emergency escape pod.

In The Fungle trailer, The Skeld appears significantly larger than in the game. More of its exterior is revealed, showing a flat, gray-painted fuselage composed of several segmented plates. Two small, cobalt-blue wings adorn its sides, while its pointed nose stands out. The cockpit, located above, is housed in a small cockpit with several cage-like grilles. Here, Red pilots the ship using a small joystick resembling airplane controls, while Blue operates the ship's electronic systems as his copilot. Below the ship is a compartment housing the Dropship, equipped with a surface scanning system.

Places of The Skeld 2/2

The administration room manages the crew's systems on the ship, including computers, an exit, ventilation, a surveillance camera at the exit, and a desk for the administrative system. When oxygen runs out, the crew can resolve the issue by entering a backup code on the keypads in the administration room and the oxygen room.
The Electrical Department is responsible for the ship's electrical systems and networks, including electronic components, wiring, a door, and a ventilation grille. Impostors can sabotage the room, causing a blackout that crew members can resolve by flipping all the switches on a panel in the room. The lower compartment houses the spaceship's south engine and consists of two doors and a ventilation grille. In Task Tester 2000, the "Lower Engine" and "Upper Engine" files are combined into a single file called "Engines."
The reactor room houses the ship's reactor and consists of one exit and two ventilation shafts. Impostors can sabotage the room, causing a reactor meltdown, which crewmates can fix by placing their hands on two hand readers in the room simultaneously, meaning at least two players are required.
The security personnel are responsible for the ship's security system, which consists of a door, a ventilation grille, and monitors to supervise the cameras in the ship's corridors.
The upper compartment houses the spacecraft's north engine and consists of two doors and a ventilation grille. In Task Tester 2000, the lower and upper compartments are combined into a single file called "Engines." The sick bay provides medical services for the crew and consists of beds, a door, a ventilation grille, and a scanner.

Places of The Skeld 1/2

The cafeteria is the ship's dining area, spawn point, and meeting point on the map. It consists of five tables, an emergency button, three doors, a ventilation grille, and a camera at the exit. In practice, Task Tester 2000 is present.
The armament is responsible for the ship's protection and consists of two exits, a vent, and two external cannons that can be controlled to fire lasers via a pair of controls located in the room. The corridor is a long passageway connecting Weapons, O2, Navigation, and Shields, and includes a ventilation grille.
The O2 room is responsible for the ship's oxygen production, using plants and an outlet. Impostors can sabotage the room, causing an oxygen shortage, which crewmates can resolve by entering a backup code on the O2 and Admin keypads.
The spacecraft's navigation cabin is responsible for space navigation and consists of controls, panels, a door, two ventilation grilles, and a camera that faces the exit.
Shields is responsible for the ship's defenses, which consist of two exits, a vent, and two external shields that can be activated via a panel in the room.
The Communications department handles the ship's communication with its destination and consists of electronic systems, computers, an exit point, and external satellites. Impostors can sabotage the room, disrupting communications and network signals. Crew members can resolve this issue by turning a dial to the correct position on a radio in the room. The storage area is the ship's depot for boxes and containers and consists of three doors and a compartment that sheds waste into space.

Polus 1/2

Polus is one of MIRA's expeditions to the planet of the same name, whose climate ranges from polar to volcanic. The area contains several buildings, each with its own function. The area has its own oxygen supply, which is monitored and adjusted by a computer. There is also a warehouse, an armory equipped with a long-range, computer-monitored twin cannon, and an administration office with a unique identification system for each crew member. Additionally, there is a monitor that tracks each crew member's vital signs through unknown means. The emergency button is located in the office, and the expedition appears to have its own entertainment system, as a television with a screensaver is visible, although it doesn't seem to be connected to anything or inactive. To the left of the map is the electrical facility, which supplies power to the entire installation via several high-voltage generators, a camera system that covers almost the entire map, a boiler room, and an oxygen cylinder storage room. In the upper right corner is the laboratory, equipped with a mining drill, a long-range telescope, a temperature regulator, and a decontamination room. This room provides access to a specimen wing, which contains several containers with unknown organisms and alien rocks—crucial elements for the expedition. The facility also has a communications system that presumably maintains contact with MIRA headquarters, as well as an extremely slow Wi-Fi connection that requires periodic restarts, possibly due to interference from the planet. Each door in the building has a special locking system that requires a key to open, for security reasons.

Polus 2/2

At the start of the map, the dropship will be parked and open, with its engines off. The exterior features heavy snowfall and sub-zero temperatures. Several climate modules can be found outside. There is also a lava pit, where the crew members with the most votes are thrown in and die a slow and painful death.

Mining activities are evident on the site, with a drill located near the laboratory, the need for seismic stabilizers, and the installation of a room dedicated to analyzing organisms found there, indicating that the expedition seeks to extract minerals from the planet. Several ventilation shafts are also visible. The expedition requires frequent temperature monitoring, with several specialized panels distributed throughout the site that must be adjusted periodically. Furthermore, it appears to be suffering the consequences of the planet's harsh conditions, such as the previously mentioned slow Wi-Fi, the extreme cold requiring specialized clothing, the need for decontamination, the significant volcanic activity that could be fatal to the crew, and the noticeably limited supplies.

Places of Polus 1/3

Outside are the planet's open-air areas, which include a lava pit to the right of the Office and several climate module pillars, among other things. The lava pit serves as an ejectment area for the players with the most votes after emergency meetings, where they are seen being thrown into the pit. Vents are visible, and there are climate nodes scattered throughout the areas, along with two seismic stabilizers located at the top, which imposters can sabotage, causing the seismic stabilizers to reset. Crewmates can resolve the sabotage by placing their hands on two hand readers on the stabilizers simultaneously, meaning at least two players are required.
The Electricity department is responsible for the planet's electrical system, which consists of electrical boxes, lockers, an exit to Security, two doors to the Outside and O2, a ventilation grille, and an exterior camera to observe the northwest part of the planet.
The Security department is responsible for the planet's security system, which consists of tapes, an exit to the engine room, and a large monitor to oversee all the planet's cameras.
The planet's oxygen system, called O2, consists of three rooms. The first room has a ventilation grille and a tree that can be monitored via a panel. The second room houses the tanks and a filling system. The third room is the main one, connecting the first two, and has an exit to the boiler room and two doors that provide access to the electrical area and the outside. Outside, there is a camera for observing the southwest side of the planet.
The boiler room is responsible for generating the planet's steam and hot water, and consists of a boiler, pipes, gears, and an O2 outlet.

Places of Polus 2/3

The Weapons module is responsible for the planet's protection system, and consists of an exterior door and a computer that controls an external cannon for firing asteroids.
The communications module is responsible for the planet's communication system and Wi-Fi network. It consists of a small table, two monitors, an exterior door, a ventilation grille, and an external satellite. Impostors can sabotage the communications system and network signals, causing them to go down. Crew members can fix the sabotage by turning a dial on a specific point on a panel of the satellite.
The office is the planet's meeting point and consists of three rooms. The first houses the emergency button, a video projector, a large window, and two entrances to the second room. The second room is a corridor connecting the first and third rooms and contains a ventilation grille and two additional exits to the outside and the administration room. The third room has another door to the outside and a monitor for checking the vital signs of all crew members.
The administrator manages the crew on the planet and has shelving, a television screen with a diagonally scrolling DVD screensaver, an exit to the office, a door to the lower decontamination room, and a table with two panels for the administration system. The door can be opened when no decontamination is taking place.
The lower decontamination zone is the lowest part of the decontamination system and is responsible for decontaminating crew members. It connects the administration room to the sample room. Decontamination occurs when steam is injected into the room after a crew member enters through a door.
The Sample Room is responsible for storing the samples collected during the MIRA expedition on the planet.

Places of Polus 3/3

The upper decontamination zone is the upper part of the decontamination area, responsible for decontaminating crew members. It connects the sample room to the laboratory. Decontamination occurs when steam is injected into the room after a crew member enters through a door.
The Laboratory is the planet's laboratory responsible for the analysis and research of the planet during the MIRA expedition, and it consists of five rooms. Upon entering the location through the Upper Decontamination area, the crew encounters the bathroom, which consists of three stalls, one with its door open to reveal a ventilation grate, and another with a crew member hidden behind it. The crew can then proceed to the main laboratory, which contains a telescope, a crystal, the Infirmary section, and an entrance to the weather room. The weather room is responsible for climate control and includes a panel for repairing the planet's weather nodes, along with a map, a small television, and an entrance to the corridor. The corridor, which contains only lockers, also connects the drilling area to the outside via a door. The drilling area is responsible for drilling the planet and consists of a large drill and a borehole. There is a camera located outside for observing the northeastern portion of the planet. There is also another ventilation grate located outside the bathroom, near the planet's lava pit.
The infirmary is a section of the laboratory that contains beds and a scanner, and is responsible for the planet's medical services for the crew.
The storage module is a capsule responsible for storing boxes, cans, and other general-use items from the planet, and consists of a door that opens to the outside and a ventilation grille.

What the FUCk are the Among us

Among us/Crewmates/Beans are depicted as short, round-bodied astronaut-like creatures wearing spacesuits of various colors. They lack arms, have short legs, and their spacesuits conceal their internal anatomy. Instead of a visible face, they express themselves through a blue glass visor resembling a cyclopean eye. A small rectangular pack is also mounted on the back of the suit. Occasionally, players may appear to have four-fingered floating hands during certain animations, such as when they are killed by An Impostor or climbing a ladder. Conversely, the Reactor Meltdown UI shows a five-fingered hand being scanned. Impostors resemble Crewmates in appearance but can open their bellies, revealing a large mouth with numerous pointy teeth and a thin, sharp tongue, as seen in the Friends List trailer and one of the death animations.
When a player is eliminated through normal gameplay, they transform into a ghost. Ghosts appear identical to living characters except for the presence of a translucent ghost tail in place of legs. Their currently selected skin is not visible below the character.
If a player is a Crewmate, all characters will display their names in white above their heads. However, if the player is selected as An Impostor, they will see the other Impostors' names (as well as their own) in network.
Upon killing a Crewmate, An Impostor leaves behind a decapitated corpse, which appears as the lower half of the body lying down with a single bone protruding from it.

Extra Trivia Beans

Characters can drink through osmosis.[2]
In a tweet from Among Us, they said that characters "either have no toes or each leg is actually just a giant toe."[3]
Character sprites are stored in the game files as a base template instead of sprites for every color. Red marks where the main color goes, blue marks shadows, navy blue marks the outline color, shades of pink are used for the insides, and shades of green are used for the visor.
This color is referred to as 'Crewcolor' on cosmetics with such coloring to allow them to change to the color of the character.
The Crewcolor is the only color that has no appearance in-game, since their colors will always be replaced with the currently selected color or with Fortegreen.According to Submit Scan, characters weigh 92 pounds and are 3'6" tall. The only exception is Fortegreen, who weighs 132 pounds.
Players will appear briefly as Fortegreen while connecting, along as having the username (and Color if Colorblind settings are on) "???".
The default name used to be "ForteBass", after Forest Willard's username.[1]
This name was mentioned in the Friends List trailer.
Between versions 2021.4.2 and 2021.6.30, Fortegreen was named "GareBear".
This name was also mentioned in the Friends List trailer.
Crewmates may be Henry Stickmin characters, as a human-like voice can be heard in Communications.
