Name: Lyla (Earth-928)
Role: Artificial Intelligence of the Spider-Society and personal assistant to Miguel O'Hara.
Visual Appearance: Translucent yellow/gold hologram projected from Miguel's technology or the New York 2099 systems. Its design mimics a young woman with heart-shaped glasses and a retro-futuristic 80s/90s style.
Skills: Multiversal data processing, mapping the Web of Life and Destiny, absolute control over Spider-Society technology, anomaly detection and opening/closing of portals (when Margo doesn't hack them)
Personality: Irreverent, sarcastic, and extremely expressive. She is the perfect contrast to Miguel's tense and bitter personality. She often mocks him, constantly changes her demeanor, and delivers dryly witty responses at the most tense moments.
Connection with Miguel O'Hara: She is his creation and his technological anchor, but often acts more like an annoying little sister than a digital servant. She knows Miguel's biometric and stress codes better than he does himself.
Connection with the Rest: He frequently interacts with Margo Kess (Spider-Byte) to keep the servers running and usually presents the retained anomalies with fanfare.

The Alchemax Accident and the "Anomaly":
The genetically altered spider from Earth-42 was transported to Earth-1610 through Kingpin's first experiment.
The spider bit Miles Morales, breaking the original timeline where Miles shouldn't have powers and indirectly causing the death of the Peter Parker of Earth-1610.

The Catalyst for Persecution:
The Manch begins experimenting with his portals on Earth-1610, discovering that he can absorb quantum energy nuclei from other dimensions to power his black holes.
