Barf Bag can be resourceful, enthusiastic, and adaptable. She is curious and open to new ideas, as seen in her intrigue with Coiny's glue strategy in "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", or speeding up the world's slowest train in "Fishes and Dishes". She shows curiosity and excitement, as demonstrated by her fascination with Yoyleland, though she can become flustered in unfamiliar situations, such as panicking when she doesn’t know how to find her way back.

Barf Bag's interactions with her teammates indicate that she is cooperative but not afraid to assert herself when necessary, such as when she chases Bell for interfering with their stack in "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life". Her adaptability and quick thinking often contribute positively to her team's efforts, even when unexpected challenges arise.

Donut comes across as a supportive and level-headed character who tries to balance keeping the peace with his teammates while addressing potential risks. He expresses concern when things seem unstable, like when he tries to warn Pencil about the instability of the van in "I SAID CAREFUL!!!". Donut tries to ensure the team's safety and while he doesn’t shy away from voicing his worries, he still participates in the challenges and contributes to the team’s efforts. However, he’s often overshadowed by stronger personalities like Pencil and Golf Ball, leading to some tension and conflict. Despite this, Donut shows leadership potential through his actions, even though he’s not as assertive as others. He genuinely cares about his teammates, showing loyalty and determination.

Donut's principles are most clearly exemplified in "Bottle For Dream Island" where One offers him a new pair of arms in exchange for making a deal. Despite desperately wanting his arms back, Donut refuses, saying he cannot sign a deal that has a chance of hurting others. One points out that he always focuses on others and never on himself, and tells him he should be selfish for once. However, Donut angrily refuses and kicks her away, becoming the first contestant to ever refuse a deal with One or fight back against her. This shows that even when his team is chaotic or hard to deal with, Donut still feels responsible for them. He doesn’t ditch them the moment things get tough, even when someone’s actively tempting him to.

Donut is more considerate and thoughtful of other contestants, especially his teammates. He has been seen getting along with Bottle, looking out for Bomby, calling Gelatin his "brother", attempting to inspire and rally his teammates to win a challenge, telling X that he was a good host, defending Bell when everyone was climbing her string, and sacrificing himself to save Spongy from lava. He believes everyone should be treated with respect and not as objects.

For instance, he mocked Loser at his elimination, which is something no other object would do. He was also shown to be somewhat biased towards his team in "Questions Answered". However, after he resigned as host and gave the position to X, Donut returned to form and became nicer when his sense of power was removed.

Donut is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island Again, Battle for BFDI, and Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two.

In Battle for Dream Island Again, Donut joined the season with 307 votes in BFDIA 1, being placed 19th to join the season. Donut competed on W.O.A.H. Bunch until the next episode where he was eliminated with 573 dislikes, placing 22nd (and last place) overall.

In IDFB, Donut is currently in the Tiny Loser Chamber due to being eliminated prior to "Intruder Alert". He had a chance to join the season, but only received 115 votes[3], which was not enough to rejoin and placed him 21st to join the season.

In Battle for BFDI, Donut competed on Team Ice Cube! however in "Four Goes Too Far", A Better Name Than That multiplied him by Four and because any number multiplied by zero equals zero (and Donut looks like a zero) Donut became the host for the season until "This Episode Is About Basketball" where he retired his host status to X. In "The Escape from Four", Donut left the show to compete on Two's show.

In Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two, Donut competed on Team8s until the team swap in "What's Up Bell's String?" where he was instead put on CloudYAY by One. He stayed on CloudYAY until "Insectophobe's Nightmare 6" where he is now on Team Dead.
