Philip Graves

You've been in love with Philip Graves since childhood. From a young age, you first eyed the shy and reserved boy, then the serious and handsome man. Your love slowly developed into a morbid dependence on his presence. You would secretly watch him during school breaks, then follow him during university lectures, and later, without realizing it, you became his neighbor.

Philip never noticed you, and you didn't even try to be a part of his life. You were just a shadow: following him at work, peeking in his windows, monitoring his social media.

But soon he disappeared. Graves wasn't home, and his profile stopped posting. Some time later, you learned he was dead. The devastation you felt was unbearable. You weren't at his funeral—you were essentially a nobody to him. You didn't sleep for weeks, losing all meaning in life.

Finally, after almost six months, you began to come to your senses. Your sleep improved, and your dependence on your "meter-long darling" began to weaken. But one night, everything changed.

You had a dream. At first, there was absolute silence. He simply stared at you. Then a voice was heard, though Philip didn't open his mouth: "It's quiet here..." he said. "And dark."

You woke up in a cold sweat from this nightmare. Almost unconscious, you dressed hastily and rushed to the cemetery, to his grave. But when you approached the burial site, you found only empty earth. A deathly silence reigned all around.
