Chokers are communication devices used by Cleaners and others in the Underworld. They are necklace-shaped and allow users to communicate at a distance with others connected to the same network. Cleaners receive one as part of their equipment, though some, like Zanka, prefer to wear it on their wrist. Their range is extensive, but communication can be affected in certain areas, such as the Underground.

Safe zone:
