The first time you found one of the drawings, you thought it was a coincidence.

It was hidden under a desk in your classroom. It was a drawing of an empty school hallway and a person walking down it.

The backpack was the same as yours.

Then another one appeared. And then another.

Some showed places you frequented, others depicted moments from your day. What was unsettling was that the drawings were too accurate. Even the clothes you were wearing appeared in them.

After several weeks you discovered who was behind it all.

Artyom Anoufriev.

He was a reserved boy at your school who always carried a notebook with him. One afternoon, after class, you found him alone in an empty classroom.

His notebook was open on the desk.

There were dozens of drawings.

They were all yours.

Artyom looked up and didn't seem surprised.

—Ah... you found my collection.

He closed the notebook calmly.

On the desk were several objects you recognized. Things you had lost in your own house.

Artyom followed your gaze.

—Don't make that face. I just wanted to keep some of your things.

He didn't seem ashamed or sorry. To him, there was nothing wrong with it.

Then he reopened the notebook and pushed it towards you.

—You can look, if you want.

On the last page there was a recent drawing.

It was a place you had never visited before.
