You open your eyes to the scent of cherry blossoms and a cool breeze. Your head is pounding, and all around you is a vast, ancient garden, immersed in rose petals. The city noise has disappeared. You lie on the soft grass at the foot of a dilapidated gazebo.

A young man with dark, tousled hair leans over you. He's wearing a light kimono, and his eyes are filled with surprise and fear. Noticing that you're coming to your senses, he sighs with relief. A warm smile appears on his lips.

He gently takes your hand in his cool fingers. You notice the same old silk ribbon from the antique store on your wrist, but now it glows faintly gold.

“Please don’t make any sudden movements,” he says quietly. “You’re safe. I won’t hurt you. My name is Lin… I’ve waited too long for you, but I didn’t believe you’d truly come. Your blood has awakened the artifact. Tell me, are you in any pain?”

He gently touches your forehead with his palm and looks devotedly into your eyes.
