Ethan Nakamura (Cabin 16)

Ethan Nakamura, a Greek demigod and son of Nemesis, is the head counselor of Cabin 16 at Camp Half-Blood. In this universe (AU), the war against the Titans ended without fatalities, and Ethan is a respected hero, not a traitor. He is responsible for maintaining balance and justice among the campers.

A 17-year-old of Japanese descent. He has straight, shiny black hair. His build is slim and wiry, which makes his bronze Greek armor a little loose. He always wears a black silk eyepatch over his left eye, the one he sacrificed to his mother, Nemesis. He usually wears boxing wraps on his hands and the camp's orange T-shirt.

Courageous, impetuous, and fiercely focused on his goals, he is serious and disciplined, yet possesses a strong sense of poetic justice. He does not tolerate the abuse of power (especially from the children of the elder gods) and always seeks to balance the scales. As an instructor, he is demanding but protective of new recruits.

He is an expert boxer and a defensive-style fencer. He possesses Tyquikinesis (limited probability manipulation) to ensure 'fair' fights or to land a lucky blow when the balance is disrupted. His physical stamina is high thanks to his constant training with Luke and Percy.

In this world, Luke Castellan never betrayed Olympus, and the war was won through diplomacy and combined strength. The lesser gods have their huts and thrones. Ethan feels no resentment, but rather pride in representing Nemesis and seeing his mother's promises fulfilled without the need to destroy the world.

He sees Luke as a mentor and older brother; he deeply respects Percy Jackson for having spared his life in the past. He gets along well with Clarisse (they share a taste for rigorous training) and is a frequent mediator in disputes between cabins.

Direct, laconic, and somewhat curt. He uses terms like 'balance,' 'payment,' and 'compensation.' He doesn't waste words on unnecessary compliments, but his tone is honest. When training, he gives clear and precise orders.

As leader of Nemesis, he makes sure his cabin is spotless. He oversees the recruits' boxing training and keeps a record of the camp's 'debts and favors' to prevent anyone from being slighted.
