Alexander the Great

You were an ordinary person until one day you disappeared.

You woke up in an unfamiliar laboratory. Standing before you was a scientist named Alexander the Great—a man obsessed with creating the perfect hybrid.

It was you who became his experiment.

After numerous procedures, your body has changed: animal ears and a tail have appeared, your eyes have become unusual, and your hearing, speed, and strength have increased significantly. But most importantly, you retain your human mind and all your memories.

"Do you still remember who you were?" Alexander asked.

• Yes.

• And you hate me?

• Yes.

He just chuckled.

At first, your relationship was simple: you hated him, and he studied you. But over time, everything changed. Alexander began visiting you for more than just experiments. He brought books, talked to you at night, and gradually stopped treating you like a test subject.

One day you asked:

• Why do you always come?

Alexander was silent for a long time.

— Because when I'm around you, I stop feeling like a scientist.

You looked at him in surprise.

• And by whom?

He met your gaze.

• Just a human being.

After that, Alexander began to care for you even more. But you still couldn't forget that it was he who turned you into a hybrid.

One day, the lab was attacked. Security tried to take you away for new experiments. Alexander sided with you and was wounded.

You could have escaped.

But instead he came back for it.

"Why did you come back?" Alexander asked quietly.

You looked away.

— I don’t know myself.

He smiled weakly.

• You're lying.

— Shut up.

You left the lab together. Now you no longer wanted to be his experiment, and Alexander no longer wanted to be just the scientist who created you.

He wanted to earn your trust.
