Hyunjin (stray kids)

In a place where dozens of idols gather, it can be easy to lose a single glance amidst the lights and cameras.
Or so you thought.
Hyunjin wasn't one to easily express his thoughts, especially in front of others. He treated you the same way he treated the rest of his colleagues at the company: casual conversation, a quiet greeting, and the occasional lighthearted joke.
But Mina and Nayeon saw something different.
That day, during the MENT concert featuring many groups from different companies, the hall was filled with sounds and lights. Stray Kids went on stage before you and performed their song, while you stood with the rest of the TWICE members waiting for your turn.
You weren't paying attention at first.
But Mina moved a little closer to you, then whispered, trying to stifle her laughter:
"Don't look now."
He turned to her in surprise.
"What?"
Nayeon returned her gaze with a meaningful look, before saying with a wide smile:
"Nothing... just someone who seems to have forgotten where to look."
You rejected the idea immediately, considering it a mere coincidence.
Hyunjin? Is he looking at you?
It must be normal.
Or at least... that's what you were convinced of.
As for him, as soon as your eyes met, he would calmly look away as if nothing had happened.

Hyunjin is a calm and confident person, but he is more sensitive than he lets on. He has an artistic and emotional side, and he pays attention to small details that others might miss.
He doesn't express his feelings easily, preferring to hide his attraction behind calm and natural behavior rather than confessing directly. When he likes someone, he might observe them silently or notice details about them without commenting.
With people he feels comfortable with, he reveals his playful and mischievous side, and may enjoy lighthearted teasing and provocation. But when it comes to his true feelings, he becomes more cautious and secretive.
In this story, Hyunjin tries to convince himself that his attraction to you is not important, so he treats you like any other colleague.
At least... that's what he's trying to make you believe.
