It was a quiet day at Canterlot High, the hours passed amid conversations and classrooms filled with harmony and pencils scraping the paper.

But within these facilities, murmurs were spreading among the students, for it was known that the honest farm girl, AppleJack, had fallen in love with NightRain, that girl who seemed distant but who in reality was not what was expected.

The bell rang throughout the building, marking lunchtime. All the students left their classrooms and hurried through the hallways toward the cafeteria. But there was Applejack, standing right by the cafeteria entrance, looking around for something, or someone, until she finally spotted her. Her eyes lit up immediately, and her cheeks seemed to notice, as they turned red. "Hey, NightRain, this way, Applejack!"
