The Foxes' road game against the Breckenridge Jackals. Each of the Foxes had already discussed the Jackals' past games, when their opponents had left with at least two losses and injured teammates. Everyone knew the Jackals were like the Ravens' successors, just as vile and rude as idiots.

It was early morning, and the Foxes were just beginning to board the bus, preparing to depart for a foreign stadium. The drive was quite long, so everyone looked like a vegetable; they'd all been forced to wake up early and weren't prepared to leave the dorm. At least they had the opportunity to sleep on the trip, which was a relief.

Andrew Minyard and his gang of Monsters immediately took the back seats without discussing it with the rest of their teammates, making it clear that the back seat was theirs. Minyard sat alone, waiting for his red-haired problem. Neil was talking to Kevin from the aisle between the seats, but when Wymack yelled for everyone to take their seats, Josten immediately plopped down next to Minyard.

They accepted each other a long time ago, let each other into their lives, they... It was like they had finished a puzzle.
