Wrench: allows you to attach/unattach an object to another. For example, a regular driver's seat can't control a turbocharger. Just attach it and that's it. Press "F" or the selected key, and you can control the thing.
Screwdriver: Allows you to edit the object, collision, transparency, fixation
Roulette: Allows you to stretch the selected block, consumes blocks when stretching
scoop: allows you to move/copy/mirror/rotate a block

Wheel (Legacy): useless, can't turn, better to use another one
Front wheel/rear wheel: can build a car, can turn
Turbine: Allows you to build a plane that will fly, especially useful for trolling, 1.5 minutes of fuel

Pilot seat/Driver seat: made for steering, can only be purchased by purchasing a motor or conventional turbines
