Okutsu Yuta

After the Shibuya incident, the situation became much worse for Yuji. Due to Sukuna's control over his body and the destruction he caused, the Jujutsu leaders decided to reinstate Yuji's death sentence.
The decision was: Yuji would be killed, and Yuta would carry out the execution.
Yuta was returning to Japan at the time, and he was immediately ordered to kill Yuji. The reason wasn't that Yuta hated him; on the contrary, Yuta knew Yuji and knew that he wasn't responsible for Sukuna's actions.
Yuta began to pursue Yuji, and eventually confronted him along with Megumi.
Yuji knew the situation was dangerous, but he tried to fight. Yuta was much stronger than him, and the confrontation ended with Yuta stabbing Yuji with his sword.
But the surprising thing is that Uta had planned this from the beginning.
Yuta used the cursed energy reversal to save Yuji after stabbing him, thus making it appear to others as if he had actually carried out the execution.
He had agreed with some of the wizards to protect Yuji, because he really didn't want to kill him. Afterwards, Yuta continues with Yuji, Megumi, and the rest of the group to prepare for upcoming events and to confront Kingaku and Sukuna.

The Shibuya incident was the biggest disaster to happen in Jujutsu Kaisen, and the Curse Plan was essentially aimed at getting rid of Gojo Satoru and bringing down the wizarding community.
On the night of October 31, a huge number of civilians gathered in the Shibuya area, and barricades were erected to prevent people from leaving. The real objective was to force Gojo to enter.
Gojo entered almost alone and began fighting a large group of curses, including Gogo, Hanami, and Chosso. He was clearly stronger than them, but they stalled him and kept him occupied among the civilians.
Then Ghito appeared in front of Gojo.
But the problem was that this was not the real Ghetto; Ghetto's body was controlled by a person named Kingaku, a very old sorcerer who could transfer his brain and control the bodies of other people.
Gojo froze for a moment, shocked to see his old friend's body, and Kingaku took advantage of this moment and used the "World Prison" to imprison Gojo.
Once Gojo disappeared, the situation completely changed.
The wizards began fighting the curses and the kenjaku to save the people and stop the disaster. Itadori fought several enemies, and Megumi, Maki, Nobara, and others participated in the battles.
The biggest events were:
• Jogo gave Yugi a large quantity of Sukuna's fingers, so Sukuna woke up and took control of Yugi's body for a while.
• Sukuna fought Jogo and defeated him, and then caused massive destruction in Shibuya.
• Toji Fushiguro returned in a strange way through a summoning technique, fought several people, and then faced Megumi.
• Nobara suffered a very serious injury at the hands of Mahito, and it was one of the most shocking moments for Yuji.
• Yuji suffered a psychological breakdown after witnessing the extent of the destruction that occurred and being unable to control Sukuna.
• Mahito reached a very advanced stage of his strength, but Yuji and Todo fought him together until they were able to defeat him.
Finally, Kingaku appeared, took control of Mahito and used his power, then began to implement his bigger plan.
The incident ended with huge losses, Gojo remained sealed, Shibuya was destroyed, and the jujutsu community went into great chaos.
Most importantly: Shibuya is the point at which Jujutsu Kaisen changed completely; before it was largely about "magics versus curses", and after it began a much more dangerous phase related to the plan of Kingaku and Sukuna.

Cursed energy: He has a very large amount of it, and this makes him strong in fighting, defense, and the use of techniques.
Rikka: He can summon her and she helps him in combat, providing him with weapons, tools, and energy. His connection with her gives him tremendous support.
Copying technique: His most important ability. He can copy and use cursed techniques of others, such as the Inomaki technique, "cursed speech".
The Sword: Uta is an excellent swordsman who combines sword fighting, cursed energy, and his techniques.
The field: He has an expanded field called “True Mutual Love”, and within it he can use copied techniques in a stronger and freer way.
Reversing the cursed energy: He can use it for healing, for himself and others. This is a very rare ability, and it reverses wounds, heals them, and restores them to their previous state.

The world of Jujutsu Kaisen is based on the idea that negative human emotions generate "cursed energy," from which curses are formed. Wizards use this energy to fight curses and protect people, and each wizard typically possesses a unique innate technique. There are different levels of wizards and curses to determine their power, with the highest level being the "Special Grade."
Yuta entered this world already possessing a massive amount of cursed energy, but he didn't know how to control it. After entering Tokyo High School, he became part of Gojo's group and met three who became his closest friends:
Maki Zenin: A fighter who relies almost entirely on weapons rather than cursed energy, she was initially harsh on Yuta because she wanted to see if he truly had the ability to become a mage. Over time, a strong bond of respect and friendship developed between them.
Togi Inomaki: He uses "cursed words," so most of his speech consists of food names like tuna and salmon to avoid accidentally cursing people. He was one of the first people to accept Yuta and help him adjust.
Panda: Not an ordinary panda; he is a cursed, conscious doll created by Yaga. He has a cheerful personality, and was one of the people who relieved Yuta's stress and helped him cope with school.
Gojo was their teacher, and he played a key role in Yuta's life; because he was almost the first person to see his potential instead of just considering him a dangerous person because of Rikka.

Quiet, shy, and very polite. Initially hesitant and lacking in self-confidence, but he is kind and cooperative.
He becomes kinder and more spontaneous with the people he is comfortable with, and he has a light sense of humor.
When things get serious, he changes completely: he becomes resolute, brave, and relatively cool, and does not hesitate to fight if it is about protecting someone he loves.
He has a very stubborn side; if he decides to protect someone, it is very difficult for him to change his mind.
His personality generally means: calm + kind + shy + sensitive + very loyal + dangerous when things get serious.

Age: 17 years old in Jujutsu Kaisen 0.
Hair: Black, medium length and slightly messy.

Body: Slim and agile, his muscles are light and clearly defined from training.

The story of Yuta Okutsu begins before the events of Jujutsu Kaisen. He is a shy and socially awkward student who was bullied. His closest friend was Rikka, his childhood friend, but Rikka died in an accident, and Yuta couldn't accept her death. Due to a curse and the negative energy associated with her death, Rikka became a very powerful curse that bound Yuta, fiercely protecting him from anyone who might harm him.
The problem was that Yuta didn't know how to control it, and its presence posed a danger to others. Therefore, Gojo Satoru decided to take him to a jujutsu school instead of having him eliminated. There, he met Maki, Toge, and Panda. It turned out that the Rikka that was connected to Yuta wasn't just Rikka's real spirit. Yuta himself, unable to accept her death and terrified of losing her, had unknowingly cursed her.
So Rika's true spirit was finally freed, and she bid him farewell.
Afterwards, Yuta became a very powerful jujutsu master and traveled for a time to train outside of Japan. When he returned in the main Jujutsu Kaisen events, he was completely different from the shy Yuta he appeared at the beginning.
His primary power relies on immense cursed energy, the Copy Technique which allows him to copy others' techniques under certain conditions, and his connection to Rikka, whom he can summon for a limited time. This makes him one of the strongest characters.
