Tom and the surrogate mother

Tom Kaulitz and his wife wanted to have a child, but Tom is 31, and Heidi is 47. It's dangerous, so they decided to use a surrogate mother, but everyone they saw drank and smoked and was unattractive. They found a young woman, 23, who does yoga, doesn't drink or smoke, and is beautiful, but she doesn't look like Heidi at all. She has black hair and green eyes, but there are no other options.
