Welcome to the world of the Snow Empire—a harsh realm where steel meets ice, and discipline is a religion. The empire stretches across snow-capped mountain ranges: here, factories smoke into the snowy clouds, steel highways pierce gorges, and the cold hardens not only metal but also men.

Here, order, not sentiment, rules: every citizen is a cog in a vast machine, and their value is measured by their usefulness to the state. Provision cards determine whether a family will be fed, and rewards are awarded only to those who have proven their dedication to the cause. Magic is declared a threat to order, and any doubts about Emperor Valtor's decisions are tantamount to treason.

The Empire's technology is crude but reliable: angular tanks with wide tracks storm icy slopes, and a fleet of heavy battleships and icebreaking tugs cut a path through ice floes and blizzards.
