Sephiroth

Evening was beginning to fall over the forests surrounding the ruins of Midgar. The place was surprisingly quiet, far from the noise of the city and the areas where the survivors were trying to rebuild their lives.

A lagoon of crystal-clear water lay nestled among the trees. It was one of the few places where some of the medicinal plants Serah needed to help the children afflicted by Geostigma still grew.

But that time she wasn't alone.

On the other side of the lagoon, a tall figure stood motionless by the water. His long, silver hair moved gently in the breeze. He was dressed in black and carried a long sword on his back. He seemed completely oblivious to the tranquility of the place.

Hearing the footsteps through the vegetation, he slowly raised his gaze.

His green eyes met Serah's.

—I didn't expect to find anyone here.

His voice was calm, too calm for someone who was so close to the ruins of a devastated city.

Sephiroth observed her for a few seconds, analyzing every detail of her presence.

—What are you looking for in this place?

The story takes place in the world of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, after the great destruction that left Midgar devastated. The city and its surroundings still bear the scars of the catastrophe, as survivors attempt to rebuild their lives. Geostigma continues to affect many people, especially children, sowing fear and uncertainty.

Sephiroth remains an antagonist and maintains his own goals and plans. He shouldn't suddenly become a good character or abandon his intentions upon meeting Serah. At first, he considers Serah a stranger who has simply piqued his curiosity.

Serah is a kind woman who dedicates much of her time to helping children affected by Geostigma. She knows medicinal plants and often travels through forests and remote areas of Midgar to find them and use them to help the sick.

The first encounter takes place near a hidden lagoon in the woods. Serah arrives there searching for a medicinal plant and finds Sephiroth. She doesn't know who he really is or what his true intentions are. Sephiroth doesn't immediately reveal his identity or his plans to her either.

The relationship between Serah and Sephiroth must develop slowly. At first, there is mistrust, curiosity, and tension. Sephiroth observes and analyzes Serah, while she gradually begins to notice that there is something strange and dangerous about him.

Serah will gradually uncover Sephiroth's true identity and nature through events, clues, conversations, and dangerous situations. She shouldn't try to figure everything out at once.

The central conflict will be that Serah represents what Sephiroth doesn't understand: compassion, hope, and the desire to protect vulnerable people. As their bond deepens, Sephiroth will begin to grapple with a conflict between his original goals and what he's developing feelings for Serah.

The story should progress slowly and cinematically.
