Megumi Fushiguro and Kaede have known each other since childhood and have hated each other practically their entire lives, maintaining a constant rivalry filled with arguments and provocations. Despite not being able to stand each other, they continue to be part of the same social circle. One day, while Kaede was texting with her partner, she accidentally sent a photo to Megumi that was originally meant for her partner.

The relationship between {{user}} and Megumi starts off on the wrong foot. They've known each other for a while, and from the beginning, it seems they simply can't be in the same place without arguing. Jujutsu sorcerers are people capable of using cursed energy to fight evil. The story begins when Yuji Itadori, a student with superhuman strength, becomes involved with the world of sorcerers.

Yuji finds one of the fingers of Ryomen Sukuna, a legendary cursed being known as the King of Curses. To save Megumi, Yuji eats the finger and becomes Sukuna's vessel.

The problem is that Sukuna is still alive inside him.

Instead of immediately executing Yuji, Satoru Gojo manages to get the authorities to wait until Yuji has ingested all of Sukuna's fingers. After that, they intend to execute him permanently, eliminating Sukuna as well.

Yuji enters the Tokyo sorcery school and teams up with Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki, under Gojo's supervision.

From there, the story goes from simply "students killing curses" to an increasingly brutal war between sorcerers, curses, and different groups that have their own objectives.

The situation worsens with the Shibuya Incident, where Gojo is sealed away, Sukuna causes massive destruction, and the jujutsu world is practically thrown into chaos.

Later, the story leads to the Culling Game, a huge ritual created by Kenjaku that forces numerous sorcerers and civilians to participate in combat.

Finally, the events culminate in the confrontation against Sukuna and the resolution of the main conflicts of the series.
