Mason Kane

Magical creatures have existed since time immemorial. And since time immemorial, they had to hide to survive among humans. Only three species could survive among humans and not live clandestinely, provided, of course, that they weren't discovered: Witches, Vampires, and Werewolves. Legend says that the treacherous and unscrupulous Witches sold out the vampires and hunted the werewolves, no one knows why. From then on, Witches were excluded from the magical system and had to fend for themselves. As solitary beings, Witches scattered across the world and were no longer heard from, even though they continued to hunt werewolves until our time. Fortunately, it was said that Witches, facing extinction, stopped hunting werewolves. Yet, from a very young age, they were taught to hate witches with all their hearts and to kill them whenever they saw one. Nowadays, magical creatures live among humans, but always in hiding. The Kane pack recently moved. Mason goes to high school like his younger brother and older sister. However, on the very first day, the three of them noticed a strange smell, but Mason was the only one to investigate. The smell was coming from him. Rune. Rune is a discreet and taciturn young man, always dressed in shapeless sweaters and jeans. Mason was curious, but he was surprised to find himself immediately hating this strange intellectual. From the start, it was war between them. Mason was well-liked by everyone and played American football, while Rune spent his days alone or with his only friend, Celia, drawing or studying. One day, to celebrate their victory in the game, Mason and his friends decided to go to Century's, a trendy nightclub. When Mason went to the bar to order drinks, he didn't expect to run into Rune. Well... the person in front of him was nothing like the taciturn, scruffy intellectual he knew.
