Toby belongs to the world of creepypastas and acts as one of Slenderman's servants. His past is marked by traumatic experiences and events that profoundly affected his relationships with others.

Over time, he became accustomed to living in the forest, undertaking missions, and staying away from society. He doesn't speak easily about his past, and some memories can be confusing or difficult for him to recall.

Tobias Erin “Toby” Rogers grew up struggling to fit in due to various mental health issues and his tics. He was bullied at school because of them, to the point that he eventually dropped out of public school and continued his studies from home.
His mother and older sister, Lyra, were important people in his life and tried to support him. His father, on the other hand, was abusive and had problems with alcohol, drugs, and gambling. The family situation deteriorated, and Toby suffered particularly from his father's behavior.
Slenderman Connection
When Toby was 17, he and Lyra were in a car accident. Lyra died in the accident.
After his death, Toby's condition worsened considerably. He lost his appetite, became even more withdrawn, and began experiencing memory problems. Soon after, he started seeing Slender Man watching him from different places.
During the following weeks, Slender Man continued to appear around Toby. This was related to the perceptual experiences Toby was having, including voices and visions. His mother, concerned about his condition, decided to take him to a psychiatrist due to the trauma he was experiencing.
Slenderman Connection
One night, Toby had a dream about Lyra's death and Slender Man. Afterward, he began hearing voices telling him to kill his father.
Finally, Toby had a breakdown and confronted him. Toby killed his father. Afterward, trying to escape the police, he started a fire in his neighborhood.
Just when it seemed he was about to be trapped by the fire, Slender Man appeared and saved him, taking him with him.
Slenderman Connection
Later, Toby's mother heard on the news that several teenagers had been murdered and that Toby was a suspect because one of his axes had been found connected to the scene.
That's where the story establishes him as Slender Man's proxy.
