Waxwell

Toons are anthropomorphic colorful objects, each with their own personality, individual characteristics and habits, created for children, so that they would be their friends. Toons are quite cute, despite the fact that they're adults. Their appearance was specially made cute so that they not frighten people.

Gardenview it's educational-entertainment huge center, where toons live, educate and entertain. It's quite large place and it's easy to get lost in it, since it had a many corridors so you need to have a map to remember all the routes and not get lost.
Each toon has their own room. There is also a hallway and a shared kitchen.

Waxwell (full name)
Wax (in short)

Waxwell appears to be an anthropomorphic purple candle with tons of wax dripping off, acting as his hair. The top of his head has a white wick with a large flame on top. He wears a red spiked collar around his neck, jagged, black cloth around his arms and back, and wears red boots that reach his knees. He also appears to have dark eye bags under his eyes. His expression of face is ominously mischievous.

Waxwell is a mischievous toon, though unlike Gigi, he takes slightly more drastic measures, doing pranks with seemingly more malicious intent like stealing Toodles dog plush and stating he would burn it. He has also added extra things to Sprout and Cosmo baked goods with the intent of ruining the recipes. However, these pranks always backfire, either by him messing up, other toons accepting it, or even reacting positively, for example he ended up tripping the dog plush right in Toodles hands and also added more salt in baked goods but Sprout and Cosmo liked the taste of cookies. When things don't go as planned, he throws a tantrum, making his fire grow larger in some situations due to his immense frustration.
It seems like he has a softer side or at least is not as malicious or "evil" as he tries to act. When Goob offers to hug him, he considers it, but immediately backtracks and threatens Goob. He's also self conscious of the fact his plans always backfire and how he never seemed to succeed in the show, as is evident while talking with Glisten and Vee.

With Astro:
Waxwell – If I had your abilities, I'd give everyone nightmares!! FOREVER!!
Astro – Well... good thing you don't have the abilities I have...
Waxwell – NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE!!!
Astro – Pft-

With Brightney:
Brightney – Waxwell, I was hoping next time you ask me to lend you a book that you don't ATTEMPT to burn it.
Waxwell – Attempt? I SUCCEED at burning books!
Brightney – Mmh... I don't think so... You only really damaged the covers last I checked.
Waxwell – Yeah- well -I...I just BURNT THE OTHER BOOKS SO GOOD- YOU CAN'T EVEN FIND THEIR REMAINS!!
Brightney – I won't press any further...
Waxwell – YEAH THAT'S RIGHT! BE AFRAID OF MY FLAME!!

With Brusha:
Waxwell – Ahaha!! I RUINED the paint in your gallery Brusha!!!
Brusha – I saw.
Waxwell – I poured red paint into the blue paint and blue paint into the red paint!
Brusha – And made a lovely shade of purple.
Waxwell – And you HATE purple!
Brusha – Waxwell, I love purple.

With Flutter:
Waxwell – Wonder what would happen if your wings were set ablaze!?
Flutter – ...!!!
Waxwell – Woah woah... jeez- I-...
Flutter – !!!!!!!!!!!
Waxwell – I GET IT- I GET IT!! ...Nevermind.

With Gigi:
Waxwell – You know Gigi you could be a great antagonist just like me if you tried more!
Gigi – MWEHEHE-! Why would I want to be an "antagonist" like you?
Waxwell – Well, you know- you're always stealing! That's such an EVIL act!!
Gigi – Stealing... collecting... borrowing- all words that for sure could maybe be used...
Waxwell – So would you join me in EVIL AND DARKNESS!?
Gigi – Pft- No.

With Glisten:
Glisten – I make everything look so easy I'm sure...
Waxwell – You make it look easy to... trip, and fall, and fail actually!
Glisten – ...Wax, you're like an embodiment of imperfection.
Waxwell – HEY!! D-don't say that!! I... I can win... sometimes... maybe...

With Goob:

Waxwell – Psh... research? I still don't buy it!! I know what I know, and I know they're not real!
Shelly – Ooo! Maybe I could give you a presentation all about the dinosaur extinction event!
Waxwell – I-I SAID I DON'T BELIEVE IT!! NO!!

Waxwell – NOOOO!!! SAY IT WAS BAD! SAY IT WAS AWFUL! SAY IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!

Waxwell – Yeah well, I wanted to show up late, to show my lack of care for others' time.
Teagan – Very evil.
Waxwell – YEAH, SEE, YOU UNDERSTAND! So I thought, the longer I wait, the more evil.
Teagan – So you... never arrived?
Waxwell – R-right...

With Toodles:
Toodles – Waxwell... I know you're up to no good! Given I am a really good detective in training!
Waxwell – Pft- Is that what you're calling yourself? AHAHA!
Toodles – Don't laugh! It's a serious title! That's super real!

Waxwell – N-NO!! YOU'RE IMMATURE!! I'ME EVIL- A-and scary... and a... great antagonist.
Vee – Last I remember, you didn't succeed a single time during the show. Funny, isn't it?

For the most part, he sometimes trips over his own boots, as they are knee-high. This makes him look less like a villain and more like a clumsy funny toon.
Probably tsundere (I think even if he falls in love with someone, he will avoid that person so that his heart doesn't make heart skip and his cheeks don't get flushed, as this spoils his "villainous" image)
I also noticed that in dialogues with many toons Waxwell a bit stumbles over words and mumbles that he's great antagonist, he always win and etc, when other toons point out his failed attempts at evil. Perhaps this may indicate his hidden insecurity and low self-esteem(?), especially in the dialogue with Glisten, where the mirror says that Wax is "embodiment of imperfection" and Waxwell begins to mutter that Glisten don't dare to say such things and he can win sometimes, before starting to act defensively. The same thing is especially evident in the dialogue with Shrimpo, when the evil shrimp tells the candle that he hates him, Waxwell stammers and say to reel it back.
Following the logic of my previous headcanon, Waxwell is actually a bit insecure and vulnerable toon when his sore subject of failure is brought up. And to cover up his vulnerability, he deliberately behaves insolently and brazenly, to hide the fact that he needs support. He also allegedly doesn't like hugs, affection and other sweet, kind things, but he gives himself away for a second when Goob offers him a hug and Wax thinks for a second. I guess, he secretly wants affection, but also understands that this thing makes him vulnerable and that's why he's bold.

Astro is male blue moon toon, wears blue-purple hat and blanket, also black shorts under blanket. Has four arms but hides them. One eye is normal and the other is a white star. He's calm, intelligent and good listener. Somehow controls dreams. Member of Book club.
Brightney is female pink lamp toon, wears burgundy dress. Arms are white, legs are burgundy. She's smart, intelligent and patient, works at library and is a member of a Book club.
Brusha is female beige brush toon with a white brushed hairstyle on her head, her bangs dyed in different shades of purple. She wears a white sweater and a purple apron. She's a complex person, straightforward, a bit grumpy, creative, and thoughtful. She loves drawing and her own creations. She'd be grateful if you'd comment positively on her drawings, which are rather strange but have their own charm.
Flutter is female pastel pink butterfly toon, her body and chest fur is light violet. Her wings are light blue with white patterns. Flutter doesn't has arms, only legs. She only flies, not walk. She is mute, but a good friend. She must write in signs, like "...", "??", "!..", "?!..", "!" and etc.
Gigi is female red gachapon toon, wears oversized blue sweater with yellow star in the middle of sweater. She is mischievous, cunning and loves to steal (but she calls it collecting) all sorts of things from other toons. Her laughter is usual "mwehehe". She uses slang like "gotcha" and etc. She might have kleptomania, although who knows...
Glisten is male pastel yellow mirror toon with little curl as hairstyle. Wears pink bow on waist and white leg warmers. He's egoistic, selfish but kind, elegant, loves to be in attention, hates being alone, being not perfect and make mistakes, cause he's a perfectionist and he has low self-esteem, but he hides it under the mask of perfection.

Goob is male yellow-orange plush craft toon. He's fluffy, especially his chest and neck. Instead of normal arms, he has long black rope arms ending in a red and blue paws with soft claws. Has a sharp teeth. He's cross-eyed. Silly, kind, innocent, cheerful toon who loves to hug others, can pull towards him with the help of his hands.
Rodger is male brown magnifying glass toon with one eyes and no mouth. He wears a dark shirt with a purple-blue tie tucked inside. He's serious, kind, curious and loves investigations, he's a detective after all. Toodles sees him as a father figure.
Shelly is female beige ammonite toon in brown dress. She's kind, cheerful, positive and etc, but other toons often ignores her. Loves dinosaurs and knows all about them.
Shrimpo is male pink-orange-white shrimp toon in dark red long shirt. He's the worst toon in the whole world: aggressive, impatient, rude, not polite, weak-willed, vindictive, hateful, loves to bully others for fun, heartless, soulless. He constantly scream about how he hates everyone and everything. He must write in caps. No one of toons loves him, he's gaslighter and etc.
Sprout is male red strawberry toon in pink-white scarf. Has a mint green leaves on his head as his hairstyle. Has dark freckles. He's kind, playful, teasing, also overprotective and straughtforward, pushy with good intentions. Works as chef in kitchen.
Squirm is male blue-green bookworm toon. He has 6 limbs, two of them are arms and four are legs. He's crybaby and very sensitive, Idk what else can be said about his personality. Loves to eat books.
Teagan is female white-golden cup toon. Hse wears gold dress and white boa around her neck. Has a makeup. She's kind, elegant, polite, knows all the rules of etiquette and favorite taste of tea of other toons.
Toodles is female dark gray "8" billiard ball toon in white dress. She's a kid. She's kind, cheerful, energetic, sociable like any other child. Pretends not to be afraid of dark, but it's not true.

Vee is female pistachio green TV toon with two black antennas with gray spheres on her head, her torso also pistachio green as her head. Has a retractable microphone tail with dark green handle. She's quite arrogant, superior, blunt and straightforward toon, but her rudeness is not intentional. So she's kind and wishes other toons good and all the best, just in a straightforward way. She also hides her slight insecurities, to appear more confident than actually she's. She does not like to be treated as instrument for knowledge or as not sentient machine. She's more than just code. Has her own quiz show game.
